【摘要】：語言是隨著社會發(fā)展而發(fā)展的一種社會現(xiàn)象。一般來說,名詞術語的產(chǎn)生包括科技術語和非科技術語兩類。在我國,哈薩克語科技術語大都是通過各類媒介從漢語中翻譯過來的,哈薩克族人民群眾通過接觸,并掌握這些反映科技動態(tài)、前沿信息的詞語了解到了最新科學技術。部分來自國外的科技術語也是通過漢語再轉引到哈薩克語的。我國漢哈語科技術語的發(fā)展具有同步性、可對比性,互相影響,二者具有不可分割的密切聯(lián)系。 對哈薩克語科技術語構詞方式進行細致、系統(tǒng)、深入研究是目前中國哈薩克語構詞研究領域中的一個亟待研究的課題。 本文用文獻研究法發(fā)現(xiàn)并提出漢語背景下我國哈薩克語科技術語構詞現(xiàn)狀研究的意義和價值。通過漢哈對比對科技術語做了詳細的概述,為哈薩克語科技術語構詞的理論研究做了鋪墊。根據(jù)發(fā)展演變情況把哈薩克語科技術語的發(fā)展分三個時期,講述哈薩克語科技術語在歷史上的發(fā)展進程；從多學科視角探討哈薩克語科技術語,分析不同類型學科中科技術語的來源,歸納哈薩克語科技術語的主要詞源；通過統(tǒng)計分析哈薩克語科技術語所使用的構詞方法,了解哈薩克語科技術語構詞現(xiàn)狀,進而分析闡述哈薩克語科技術語的結構類型、構詞特點、構詞原則、應用情況。本文以《漢哈規(guī)范名詞術語詞典》中的科技術語為平臺,通過分析發(fā)現(xiàn)所存在的構詞問題,就目前哈薩克語科技術語構詞問題,在統(tǒng)計、分析、實驗的基礎上提出哈薩克語科技術語構詞的建議。 首先,本文將現(xiàn)代哈薩克語科技術語形成過程初步分為三個時期,這是本文的創(chuàng)新點之一：一、奠基期(1917-1949),即蘇俄影響時期；二、充實期(1950-1978),即新中國成立至文革結束；三、提高期(1979-2010),即改革開放至今。本文將研究視角主要集中在提高期這一段時間,是因為這個時期是我國實行改革開放后,國家科學技術迅猛發(fā)展的時期,特別是哈薩克語科學技術快速發(fā)展的時期。更重要的是,這一時期的科技術語集中反映了建國幾十年來的科學水平,標志著我國進入了一個前所未有的科學技術發(fā)展的嶄新時期。所以研究這個時期的哈薩克語科技術語可以全面了解哈薩克民族科技文化進步的最新、最真實的狀況,發(fā)現(xiàn)亟待解決的重要問題。 其次,“構詞的經(jīng)濟性原則和交流的快捷性原則”兩條原則的建立以及二者之間的問題處理、關系選擇是本文的另一個創(chuàng)新點。 再次,本文在堅持“構詞的經(jīng)濟性原則和交流的快捷性原則”的基礎上,在與(漢語或英語)大致相當?shù)脑~長和音節(jié)數(shù)的基礎上,通過研究構詞與翻譯中詞與詞的對應、詞與短語的對應選擇上,挑選或生成最經(jīng)濟、最快捷的方式,解決和突破在“有限詞長”,實現(xiàn)表達“復雜詞義”的目的。這是本文在哈薩克語構詞形式方面的最基礎的一個創(chuàng)新點。這也是前人未曾注意提出過的。 科技術語往往是民族語言文化中發(fā)展速度最快、最能體現(xiàn)科學進步水平的名詞術語,也是頗具研究價值的內容；從現(xiàn)象上看,本文是“哈薩克語科技術語”的構詞對比研究,但實際上本文是在以漢語為參照背景的基礎上的“哈薩克語科技術語”的構詞研究,即本文是一份雙語對比的研究報告。正如本文所采用的基礎語料“漢哈名詞術語詞典”也是以雙語對比為基礎的。
[Abstract]:Language is a social phenomenon developed with the development of society. Generally speaking, nomenclature consists of two types of technical terms and non technical terms. In our country, Kazakh technical terms are mostly translated from Chinese through various media. The Kazakh people are in contact with them and mastered these developments in science and technology. The latest science and technology are understood along the words of information. Some of the technical terms from foreign countries are also transferred to Kazakh language through Chinese. The development of Chinese and Kazakh language technical terms in China has the characteristics of synchronism, contrastive and mutual influence, and the two are inseparable and closely linked.
A detailed, systematic and in-depth study of the formation of scientific and technical terminology in Kazakh is an urgent research topic in the field of Chinese Kazakh word formation.
In this paper, the significance and value of the research on the present situation of the technical terms of Kazakh language in China under Chinese background are found and proposed by the method of literature study. The technical terms of Kazak language are discussed in detail through the comparison of Han and Kazakhstan. It is divided into three periods to describe the development of Kazakh technical terms in history; to discuss the technical terms of Kazakh from a multidisciplinary perspective, to analyze the source of technical terms in different types of disciplines, to sum up the main etymology of Kazakh technical terms; to understand the method of word formation in Kazak technical terms and to understand Kazakhstan by statistical analysis. This paper analyzes the structure type, word formation, word formation, and application of the technical terms of Kazak language. In this paper, the problem of word formation is found through the analysis of the technical terms in the Hazakhstan terminology dictionary. On the basis of analysis and experiment, suggestions for word formation in scientific terms in Kazakh language are put forward.
First, this paper divides the forming process of modern Kazakh language technical terms into three stages, which is one of the innovations of this article: first, the foundation period (1917-1949), the period of Soviet Russia influence; two, the full period (1950-1978), that is, the founding of the new China to the end of the cultural revolution; three, the period (1979-2010), that is, the reform and opening up to the present. This article will study the perspective of the main point of view. It is necessary to focus on the period of improvement, because this period is a period of rapid development of national science and technology after the implementation of China's reform and opening up, especially the period of rapid development of Kazakh science and technology. More importantly, the scientific and technological terms in this period reflect the scientific level of building the country for decades, marking the entry of China. A new period of unprecedented scientific and technological development has been made. Therefore, the study of Kazakh technical terms in this period can fully understand the latest and most real situation of Kazakh National Science and technology and culture, and find important problems to be solved urgently.
Secondly, the establishment of the two principles of "the economic principle of word formation and the principle of the quick exchange of communication" and the treatment of the problems between the two, and the choice of relations are another innovation of this article.
Thirdly, on the basis of the "economic principle of word formation and the principle of quick communication", on the basis of the word length and syllables that are roughly equivalent to (Chinese or English), by studying the correspondence of words and words in word formation and translation and the corresponding selection of words and phrases, the most economical and quickest way is chosen or produced to solve and develop. It is the most fundamental innovation in the word formation of the Kazakh language, which is the most fundamental innovation in the word formation of the Kazakh language.
Technical terms are often the fastest growing and most capable of the scientific progress in the national language and culture. It is also a very valuable content. From the point of view, this article is a comparative study of the word formation of "Kazakh technical terms", but in fact it is in the "Kazakh language" based on the reference background of Chinese. The study of the word formation of scientific and technical terms, that is, this paper is a study of bilingual comparison. As the basic corpus used in this article, the "Han Kazakh terminology dictionary" is also based on the bilingual contrast.
