印尼華人社團(tuán)推進(jìn)華文教育的實(shí)踐研究

【摘要】:印度尼西亞是世界上海外華人人數(shù)最多的國家。印尼華人為了保留民族語言、傳承民族文化,在當(dāng)?shù)胤e極開展華文教育。1998年印尼政治改革之后,印尼華人在政治上獲得了比較寬松的條件,華人社團(tuán)紛紛成立,為印尼華人社會爭取各方面的權(quán)益,其中,推進(jìn)華文教育的工作也是其主要的工作目標(biāo)之一。 印尼的華人社團(tuán)通過開辦華校和各種補(bǔ)習(xí)班、培訓(xùn)培養(yǎng)本土漢語師資、提供經(jīng)濟(jì)支援等方式積極推進(jìn)印尼華文教育工作。八華校友會在此類印尼華人社團(tuán)中比較有代表性,其通過重建八華學(xué)校,打造華文教學(xué)重鎮(zhèn);通過加強(qiáng)中印尼合作,走共同發(fā)展的道路;通過著力培養(yǎng)本土師資,謀求華文教育長遠(yuǎn)大計;通過發(fā)動八華校友,共同為印尼華文教育的發(fā)展做出了一定貢獻(xiàn)。 然而,印尼華人社團(tuán)在推進(jìn)華文教育的過程中也遇到了一些瓶頸問題,例如:漢語師資數(shù)量短缺、質(zhì)量不高,華人社團(tuán)內(nèi)部不夠團(tuán)結(jié),華人社團(tuán)難以融入印尼主流社會等等。為此,需要從以下幾個方面進(jìn)行努力:走正規(guī)學(xué)校與補(bǔ)習(xí)班相結(jié)合的培養(yǎng)途徑,繼續(xù)深化與中國的合作培養(yǎng),推進(jìn)華文進(jìn)入印尼主流社會的進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:Indonesia has the largest number of overseas Chinese in the world.In order to preserve the national language and inherit the national culture, the Indonesian Chinese have actively developed Chinese language education in the region. After the political reform in Indonesia in 1998, the Indonesian Chinese obtained relatively loose political conditions, and the Chinese communities were set up one after another.To fight for the rights and interests of the Indonesian Chinese community, the promotion of Chinese language education is also one of its main objectives.Chinese associations in Indonesia actively promote the Chinese language education in Indonesia by setting up Chinese schools and various cram schools, training and training native Chinese teachers and providing financial support.The eight Chinese Alumni Association is relatively representative among such Indonesian Chinese associations. It has built a major Chinese language teaching town through the reconstruction of the eight Chinese schools; it has taken the road of common development through strengthening Sino-Indonesian cooperation; and it has made efforts to train local teachers.It has contributed to the development of Chinese language education in Indonesia by mobilizing eight Chinese alumni.However, in the process of promoting Chinese language education in Indonesia, there are also some bottleneck problems, such as the shortage of Chinese teachers, the low quality, the lack of unity within the Chinese community and the difficulty for the Chinese community to integrate into the mainstream Indonesian society and so on.Therefore, we should make efforts in the following aspects: we should continue to deepen the cooperative training with China and push the Chinese language into the mainstream society in Indonesia by the way of combining formal schools with cram schools.
