印尼漢語教師志愿者現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查

【摘要】:隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和國際地位的提高,越來越多的外國人逐漸對中國及中國文化感興趣并且開始學(xué)習(xí)漢語。尤其是08年北京奧運(yùn)會的成功舉辦更讓新一輪的“漢語熱”熱遍了全球,但同時也出現(xiàn)了國際漢語教師數(shù)量嚴(yán)重不足的情況。 印尼是全世界華人最多的國家,又有著三十年的華文斷層史,漢語教師的嚴(yán)重匱乏成為印尼華語教育發(fā)展的最大障礙。為了緩解印尼漢語教師嚴(yán)重匱乏的局面,2004年國家正式啟動了“印尼漢語教師志愿者項(xiàng)目”。經(jīng)過八年的發(fā)展,印尼華語教育有了顯著的進(jìn)步,這與印尼漢語教師志愿者認(rèn)真教學(xué),默默奉獻(xiàn)是分不開的。 本人是08年赴印尼漢語教師志愿者隊(duì)伍中的一員,對“印尼漢語教師志愿者項(xiàng)目”有著特殊的感情。為了該項(xiàng)目能夠更好更長遠(yuǎn)的發(fā)展,本人對印尼漢語教師志愿者展開了一次問卷調(diào)查活動,對志愿者的基本情況,職業(yè)態(tài)度,應(yīng)具備的基本素質(zhì),主要職責(zé),教學(xué)狀況,生活適應(yīng),心理狀況,困難種類,志愿者的希望及建議九方面的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了分析、研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)了印尼漢語教師志愿者項(xiàng)目的一些問題,并且分別對印尼漢語教師志愿者及項(xiàng)目的管理提出了建議。 本論文采用了文獻(xiàn)資料研究、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法、分析法四種研究方法。本論文共有四章,包括:第一章:緒論;第二章:漢語教師志愿者與印尼華文教育;第三章:印尼漢語教師志愿者調(diào)查;第四章:對漢語教師志愿者及項(xiàng)目組織管理方而的建議。 需要指出的是,本論文是從一個真正漢語教師志愿者的角度進(jìn)行的研究,分析和建議更加貼近印尼漢語教師志愿者執(zhí)教實(shí)際。希望通過我的努力,為目后印尼漢語教師志愿者更好的執(zhí)教提供經(jīng)驗(yàn),也為“印尼漢語教師志愿者項(xiàng)目”的更好發(fā)展提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the development of China economy and the improvement of international status, more and more foreigners gradually to China and China cultural interest and begin to learn Chinese. Especially the 08 Beijing Olympic Games successfully held for a new round of "Chinese hot" hot all over the world, but also a number of international serious shortage of Chinese teachers the situation.
Indonesia is the most populous country of Chinese people all over the world, and has thirty years of Chinese history of the fault serious shortage of Chinese teachers, become the biggest obstacle to the Indonesian Chinese education development. In order to alleviate the serious shortage of teachers of Chinese in Indonesia, in 2004 officially launched the "Indonesian Chinese teacher volunteer program. After eight years of development. The Indonesian Chinese education has made significant progress, the careful teaching and Indonesian Chinese teacher volunteers, silently is inseparable.
I am 08 years one of Indonesia Chinese teacher volunteers, have a special feeling for the Indonesian Chinese teacher volunteer program. In order to the project can be better and more long-term development, I started a questionnaire on Indonesian Chinese teacher volunteers, the basic situation of volunteers of the occupation attitude. The basic quality, should have the main responsibility, teaching status, life adaptation, psychological status, difficulty types, volunteers hope and suggestions of nine aspects of analysis, research, found some problems of Indonesian Chinese teacher volunteer project, and put forward some suggestions on management of Indonesian Chinese teacher volunteers and project.
This paper uses literature research, questionnaire survey method, interview method, analysis of four kinds of research methods. This thesis consists of four chapters, including: Chapter One: introduction; the second chapter: Chinese volunteer teachers and Chinese education in Indonesia; the third chapter: Chinese teacher volunteers Indonesia investigation; the fourth chapter: the party organization and management the Chinese teacher volunteers and the program.
It is necessary to point out that this paper is to study from a real Chinese volunteer teacher's perspective, analysis and suggestion is more close to the Indonesian Chinese teacher volunteers coach. I hope through my efforts to provide experience for the purpose of teaching the Indonesian Chinese teacher volunteers better, but also provide a reference for the better development of the Indonesian Chinese teacher volunteer project ".
