內(nèi)蒙古師范大學(xué)SQA-HND項(xiàng)目中實(shí)施英漢雙語(yǔ)教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:自上世紀(jì)80年代起,全球化成為世界發(fā)展的顯著特征,高等教育國(guó)際化也應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。高等教育國(guó)際化是指不同國(guó)家之間、不同民族之間、不同文化之間的高等教育領(lǐng)域中的交流、合作與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。 在我國(guó),隨著改革開(kāi)放的不斷深化,以及我國(guó)成功加入世界貿(mào)易組織,社會(huì)對(duì)人才的需求已經(jīng)從單純掌握英語(yǔ)或只掌握專業(yè)知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樾枰染▽I(yè)知識(shí)又懂英語(yǔ)的復(fù)合型國(guó)際化人才。在全球化日趨激烈的背景下,中國(guó)與其他國(guó)家之間的學(xué)術(shù)交流日益增加,中外合作辦學(xué)項(xiàng)目也逐年增多,并成為我國(guó)高等教育國(guó)際化的一個(gè)主要的途徑,也是實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)培養(yǎng)復(fù)合型國(guó)際化人才目標(biāo)的捷徑,同時(shí)被國(guó)家教育部列為進(jìn)行大學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)改革的途徑之一。 內(nèi)蒙古師范大學(xué)開(kāi)展了多個(gè)中外合作辦學(xué)項(xiàng)目,其中一個(gè)是中國(guó)教育部留學(xué)服務(wù)中心與英國(guó)蘇格蘭學(xué)歷管理委員會(huì)合辦的英國(guó)高等教育文憑項(xiàng)目(SQA-HND項(xiàng)目)。內(nèi)蒙古師范大學(xué)從2004年開(kāi)始引進(jìn)SQA-HND項(xiàng)目至今已經(jīng)8年之久,所以在項(xiàng)目雙語(yǔ)教學(xué)實(shí)踐方面形成了一定的規(guī)模。此項(xiàng)目涉及五個(gè)專業(yè),本文以人力資源管理專業(yè)為例,對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古師范大學(xué)SQA-HND項(xiàng)目中英漢雙語(yǔ)教學(xué)的實(shí)施現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查。在文中雙語(yǔ)教學(xué)主要指英漢雙語(yǔ)教學(xué),即采用英語(yǔ)和漢語(yǔ)對(duì)非英語(yǔ)課程進(jìn)行教學(xué)。文章通過(guò)對(duì)項(xiàng)目師生進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、訪談、課堂觀察,旨在回答以下三個(gè)研究問(wèn)題: 1.內(nèi)蒙古師范大學(xué)師生對(duì)SQA-HND項(xiàng)目中雙語(yǔ)教學(xué)的態(tài)度和理解; 2.內(nèi)蒙古師范大學(xué)SQA-HND項(xiàng)目雙語(yǔ)教學(xué)的特點(diǎn); 3.內(nèi)蒙古師范大學(xué)SQA-HND項(xiàng)目雙語(yǔ)教學(xué)實(shí)施過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題。 為了回答以上三個(gè)研究問(wèn)題,筆者對(duì)隨機(jī)挑選的200名項(xiàng)目學(xué)生和14名項(xiàng)目教師進(jìn)行了問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,,對(duì)其中的10名學(xué)生和5名教師進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步的訪談,并對(duì)其中的3名教師的雙語(yǔ)教學(xué)課堂進(jìn)行了觀察。通過(guò)研究,筆者了解了項(xiàng)目師生對(duì)于SQA-HND項(xiàng)目下雙語(yǔ)教學(xué)的態(tài)度和對(duì)雙語(yǔ)教學(xué)的理解,總結(jié)了內(nèi)蒙古師范大學(xué)SQA-HND項(xiàng)目雙語(yǔ)教學(xué)的特點(diǎn)和存在的問(wèn)題。 雖然有關(guān)中國(guó)雙語(yǔ)教學(xué)的各種研究已有不少,但是對(duì)于SQA-HND項(xiàng)目的研究卻寥寥無(wú)幾,所以本研究具有一定的實(shí)踐意義,對(duì)于其他SQA-HND項(xiàng)目中心和內(nèi)蒙古師范大學(xué)英漢雙語(yǔ)教學(xué)具有指導(dǎo)作用。通過(guò)SQA-HND項(xiàng)目雙語(yǔ)教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查對(duì)教師教學(xué)和教學(xué)管理部門提出了一些建議,也為內(nèi)蒙古師范大學(xué)其他雙語(yǔ)教學(xué)項(xiàng)目提供了參考建議。
[Abstract]:Since -20s, globalization has become a prominent feature of world development, and the internationalization of higher education has emerged as the times require. Communication, cooperation and competition among different cultures in the field of higher education. In China, with the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, and China's successful accession to the World Trade Organization, The social demand for talents has changed from simply mastering English or mastering professional knowledge to complex international talents who are both proficient in professional knowledge and English. The academic exchanges between China and other countries are increasing day by day, and the Sino-foreign cooperative school-running projects are also increasing year by year. It has become a main way to internationalize higher education in our country, and is also a shortcut to realize the goal of cultivating compound internationalized talents in our country. At the same time, it is listed as one of the ways to reform college English teaching by the Ministry of Education. Inner Mongolia normal University has launched a number of Sino-foreign cooperative educational projects. One of them is the SQA-HND Program, a British higher Education Diploma Program jointly organized by the Chinese Ministry of Education study abroad Service Center and the Scottish academic qualifications Management Committee. It has been eight years since Inner Mongolia normal University began to introduce the SQA-HND program in 2004. So the bilingual teaching practice of the project has formed a certain scale. This project involves five specialties, this article takes the human resources management specialty as an example. The present situation of bilingual teaching in SQA-HND project of Inner Mongolia normal University is investigated. In this paper, bilingual teaching mainly refers to bilingual teaching in English and Chinese. This paper aims to answer the following three research questions by conducting questionnaires, interviews and classroom observations to teachers and students in the project:. 1. The attitude and understanding of teachers and students of Inner Mongolia normal University towards bilingual teaching in SQA-HND project; 2.The characteristics of bilingual teaching in SQA-HND project of Inner Mongolia normal University; 3. The problems in the implementation of SQA-HND project in Inner Mongolia normal University. In order to answer the above three research questions, the author conducted a questionnaire survey on 200 randomly selected project students and 14 project teachers, and conducted further interviews with 10 students and 5 teachers. Through the study, the author understands the attitude of the project teachers and students towards bilingual teaching under the SQA-HND project and their understanding of bilingual teaching. This paper summarizes the characteristics and problems of SQA-HND bilingual teaching in Inner Mongolia normal University. Although there have been many studies on bilingual teaching in China, there have been few studies on the SQA-HND project, so this study has some practical significance. It is helpful to other SQA-HND project centers and Inner Mongolia normal University to guide English-Chinese bilingual teaching. Through the investigation of the current situation of bilingual teaching in the SQA-HND project, some suggestions are put forward to teachers' teaching and teaching management departments. It also provides reference suggestions for other bilingual teaching projects in Inner Mongolia normal University.
