【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的發(fā)展，世界范圍內(nèi)的商務(wù)往來也愈加頻繁。在頻繁的商務(wù)交往過程中，摩擦和沖突自然是不可避免的。而作為解決此類矛盾和沖突的重要手段之一，索賠函日益引起了人們的關(guān)注。由于索賠函處理的得當(dāng)與否，，會(huì)直接關(guān)系到雙方的經(jīng)濟(jì)利益以及未來的合作關(guān)系，因此，如何書寫出一封專業(yè)的索賠信函，并對(duì)讀者產(chǎn)生積極的影響就顯得尤為重要。 為了實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目的，本文從當(dāng)前發(fā)行的教材中選出30篇索賠函作為語(yǔ)料，對(duì)其進(jìn)行了體裁分析，試圖探究索賠函中組織結(jié)構(gòu)和語(yǔ)言策略的重要作用。本文的分析從兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行：首先，在體裁分析相關(guān)理論的指導(dǎo)下對(duì)所收集的語(yǔ)篇在宏觀層面上進(jìn)行分析，總結(jié)出此類語(yǔ)篇中的必選語(yǔ)步、可選語(yǔ)步及其體裁結(jié)構(gòu)潛勢(shì)；其次，在微觀方面主要探究了實(shí)現(xiàn)人際意義的語(yǔ)言和詞匯手段。 通過分析，本研究得出以下結(jié)論：(1)作為一種特定類型的信函，索賠函具有其獨(dú)特的體裁結(jié)構(gòu)。分析發(fā)現(xiàn)，索賠函共包含10項(xiàng)語(yǔ)步。其中“稱呼”、“告知情形”、“告知存在問題”、“提出索賠”、“結(jié)束語(yǔ)”這五項(xiàng)為必選語(yǔ)步；“表達(dá)謝意”、“附函”、“提出建議”、“施加壓力”及“懇請(qǐng)回復(fù)”這五項(xiàng)為可選語(yǔ)步；并且對(duì)語(yǔ)步的出現(xiàn)順序進(jìn)行了研究，進(jìn)而總結(jié)出索賠函的體裁結(jié)構(gòu)潛勢(shì)；(2)在詞匯語(yǔ)法層面，索賠函主要通過語(yǔ)氣和情態(tài)來傳遞人際意義。索賠函中以陳述語(yǔ)氣為主，并且通過情態(tài)操作詞、情態(tài)附加語(yǔ)、情態(tài)隱喻等手段來傳達(dá)寫信人的愿望和意圖；(3)本研究對(duì)索賠函的寫作和教學(xué)也有一定的積極意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, business contacts in the world are becoming more and more frequent. In the process of frequent business contacts, friction and conflict are inevitable. As one of the important means to solve such conflicts, The letter of claim has attracted more and more attention. Since the proper handling of the letter of claim will have a direct bearing on the economic interests of both sides and the future cooperative relationship, how to write a professional claim letter, And have a positive impact on the reader is particularly important. In order to achieve this goal, this paper selects 30 claim letters from the current published textbooks as corpus, and makes a genre analysis of them. This paper attempts to explore the important role of organizational structure and linguistic strategies in the letter of claim. The analysis is carried out from two aspects: firstly, under the guidance of the relevant theories of genre analysis, the collected texts are analyzed at the macro level. The necessary steps, optional steps and the potential of genre structure in this kind of discourse are summarized. Secondly, the linguistic and lexical means to realize interpersonal meaning are mainly explored in the micro aspect. Through analysis, this study draws the following conclusion: (1) as a specific type of letter, the letter of claim has its unique genre structure. The letter of claim consists of 10 language steps: "address", "inform the situation", "inform of any problem", "file a claim", and "conclude"; "express gratitude", "attach letter", "make suggestions", "exert pressure" and "request to reply" The five terms of "complex" are optional steps; Furthermore, the author makes a study of the appearance order of the steps, and concludes that the potential of the genre structure of the claim letter is lexical and grammatical. At the lexical and grammatical level, the claim letter mainly conveys interpersonal meaning through mood and modality. In the claim letter, the declarative tone is the main factor. This study also has some positive significance to the writing and teaching of claim letter by means of modal manipulation words, modal adders, modal metaphors and other means to convey the wishes and intentions of the writer.
