【摘要】：本論文基于前人研究和作者田野調(diào)查資料,介紹了錫林郭勒盟察哈爾人加工、食用的傳統(tǒng)奶食品的種類(lèi)和制作流程等,收集解釋了察哈爾奶食品名稱(chēng),從語(yǔ)言學(xué)角度對(duì)察哈爾奶食品名稱(chēng)進(jìn)行描寫(xiě)研究,試圖揭示其詞語(yǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)與語(yǔ)義理?yè)?jù)方面的一些特點(diǎn)。 論文由導(dǎo)論、正文(共三章)、結(jié)論、參考文獻(xiàn)、附錄、后記幾個(gè)部分組成。 導(dǎo)論部分闡述了選題目的和選題意義,簡(jiǎn)要介紹了研究現(xiàn)狀,并交代了研究步驟和研究方法。 第一部分以表格形式介紹了錫林郭勒盟察哈爾人傳統(tǒng)奶食品的種類(lèi),對(duì)其制作流程進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要說(shuō)明并附圖解釋。 第二部分為對(duì)察哈爾地區(qū)傳統(tǒng)奶食品名稱(chēng)的詮釋。為了便于比較起見(jiàn),本章詞語(yǔ)解釋還引用了部分詞典中的詞條釋義。 第三部分從詞語(yǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)和語(yǔ)義理?yè)?jù)方面對(duì)察哈爾地區(qū)傳統(tǒng)奶食品名稱(chēng)進(jìn)行了分析研究。 結(jié)論部分總結(jié)了本論文所述內(nèi)容,附錄為在田野調(diào)查中接受采訪人員簡(jiǎn)況表。
[Abstract]:Based on the previous research and the author's fieldwork, this paper introduces the kinds and processes of traditional dairy food processed and consumed by Chahar people in Xilingul-League, and explains the name of Chahar milk food. This paper studies the description of Chahar's milk food name from the linguistic point of view and tries to reveal some characteristics of its word structure and semantic motivation. The paper consists of three chapters: introduction, text, conclusion, reference, appendix and postscript. The introduction describes the purpose and significance of the topic, briefly introduces the current situation of the research, and explains the research steps and methods. The first part introduces the kinds of traditional milk food of Chahar people in Xilingol League in tabular form. The second part is the interpretation of the name of traditional dairy food in Chahar region. For the sake of comparison, the explanation of words in this chapter also refers to the definitions of the words in some dictionaries. The third part analyzes the name of traditional dairy food in Chahar from the aspects of word structure and semantic motivation. The conclusion part summarizes the contents of this paper, and the appendix is the brief table of the interviewees in the field investigation.
