【摘要】： IPTV業(yè)務(wù)是基于電信寬帶網(wǎng)絡(luò)的寬帶業(yè)務(wù)平臺,以機(jī)頂盒或其它具有音視頻編解碼能力的數(shù)字化設(shè)備為終端,通過聚合SP的各種流媒體服務(wù)內(nèi)容和增值應(yīng)用,為用戶提供多種互動多媒體服務(wù)的一項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)。IPTV業(yè)務(wù)主要有廣播、點(diǎn)播、時移電視、信息服務(wù)、視頻通信、互動游戲、消息服務(wù)、音樂、卡拉OK/MTV、遠(yuǎn)程教育、互動廣告、個人定制錄像、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)瀏覽等。它是一種新型電視傳播形式,填補(bǔ)了寬帶視頻應(yīng)用方面的空白。用戶可以隨意點(diǎn)播,成本低廉,一旦形成規(guī)模,將帶來極大的利益。IPTV是一場新技術(shù)演變出來的產(chǎn)業(yè),它將深刻改變?nèi)藗兊膴蕵泛蜕罘绞?預(yù)示著一個及其巨大的新市場產(chǎn)生。 在我國國內(nèi),IPTV業(yè)務(wù)也已取得相當(dāng)大的發(fā)展。尤其是在上海,由于上海電信和上海文廣的通力協(xié)作,截至2007年末,上海的IPTV的用戶數(shù)已經(jīng)超過了30萬,展示了良好的市場發(fā)展?jié)摿Α?然而,新業(yè)務(wù)新技術(shù)的引入,也給系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織等都帶來了更大的靈活性和復(fù)雜性。而IPTV作為一項(xiàng)新興業(yè)務(wù),在業(yè)界目前尚沒有成熟的網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)計(jì)方面的規(guī)范,導(dǎo)致了相當(dāng)多的組網(wǎng)問題。 本論文就是在調(diào)研了上海、浙江、江西、廣西、海南等省的IPTV系統(tǒng)建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)之后,針對如何進(jìn)行IPTV系統(tǒng)在不同網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下組網(wǎng)的研究。本論文從IPTV的組網(wǎng)方式、提供的業(yè)務(wù)及實(shí)現(xiàn)方式、編解碼標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、系統(tǒng)安全、用戶接入方式、網(wǎng)絡(luò)的性能指標(biāo)及組網(wǎng)案例等方面,對于組網(wǎng)技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研討。希望通過本論文,能夠?yàn)镮PTV網(wǎng)絡(luò)的構(gòu)建提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:IPTV service is a broadband service platform based on telecommunication broadband network, with set-top box or other digital equipment with audio and video codec as the terminal, by aggregating all kinds of streaming media service content and value-added application of SP, IPTV services mainly include broadcast, on-demand, time-shift television, information services, video communications, interactive games, messaging services, music, karaoke / MTV, distance education, interactive advertising, Personal customized video, Internet browsing, etc. It is a new form of television transmission, filling the gap in broadband video applications. Users can be on demand at will, low cost, once formed, will bring great benefits. IPTV is a new technology evolved from the industry, it will profoundly change people's entertainment and lifestyle. It heralds the emergence of an extremely large new market. In our country, IPTV business has also made considerable development. Especially in Shanghai, as a result of the collaboration between Shanghai Telecom and Shanghai Wenguang, by the end of 2007, the number of IPTV users in Shanghai had exceeded three hundred thousand, showing a good market potential. However, the introduction of new business and new technology has brought more flexibility and complexity to system design, network organization and so on. As a new business, IPTV has no mature specification in network design, which leads to a lot of networking problems. After investigating the experience of IPTV system construction in Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Guangxi and Hainan provinces, this paper studies how to construct IPTV system under different network environment. In this paper, the networking technology is discussed from the aspects of the networking mode of IPTV, the service and realization mode, coding and decoding standard, system security, user access mode, network performance index and networking cases, etc. It is hoped that this paper can provide some reference for the construction of IPTV network.
