【摘要】： 網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體的新聞專題報(bào)道,越來(lái)越受到人們的關(guān)注。特別是Web2.0環(huán)境下的犯罪新聞網(wǎng)絡(luò)專題報(bào)道,更以其特有的快捷、全方位、便于與受眾互動(dòng)、有看點(diǎn)、有廣泛的影響力等特點(diǎn),而使其傳播力大于其他報(bào)道,倍受網(wǎng)民們的青睞。 通過(guò)縱向分析發(fā)現(xiàn),犯罪新聞的網(wǎng)絡(luò)專題報(bào)道經(jīng)歷了三個(gè)發(fā)展階段,每個(gè)階段的發(fā)展軌跡都表現(xiàn)出特有的規(guī)律。從單純以超鏈接的方式將相關(guān)犯罪新聞的報(bào)道聚合在一起,到在形式上構(gòu)建新聞素材之間的邏輯結(jié)構(gòu),有粗糙的版面設(shè)計(jì)。再發(fā)展到將專題策劃引入其中,并充分利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體的優(yōu)勢(shì)功能、追求專題深度,逐漸達(dá)到一種成熟的狀態(tài)。 犯罪新聞網(wǎng)絡(luò)專題報(bào)道作為媒體傳播一個(gè)特殊而又較為新鮮的門類,筆者通過(guò)對(duì)其傳播功能的分析闡述,揭示了其傳播效果、價(jià)值影響,特別是在組織層面和社會(huì)層面所表現(xiàn)出的特性,以及在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、教育、文化方面的功能和影響。 本文還從形式、內(nèi)容、功能發(fā)揮三個(gè)層面對(duì)犯罪新聞網(wǎng)絡(luò)專題報(bào)道中存在的一些問(wèn)題與不足進(jìn)行了總結(jié)與歸納,從表現(xiàn)形式上看,存在的問(wèn)題是不當(dāng)或過(guò)度使用超鏈接;過(guò)多的廣告充斥頁(yè)面;報(bào)道中錯(cuò)別字、漏字頻現(xiàn);缺乏對(duì)專題的持續(xù)維護(hù)等。從內(nèi)容上看,存在利用犯罪新聞制造低俗賣點(diǎn)、法學(xué)專業(yè)分析不夠的問(wèn)題。從功能發(fā)揮上看,犯罪新聞網(wǎng)絡(luò)專題報(bào)道應(yīng)有的指導(dǎo)、教育、文化功能發(fā)揮不足。并對(duì)產(chǎn)生這些問(wèn)題的直接、間接、根本原因進(jìn)行了深刻的探究,直接原因在于犯罪新聞網(wǎng)絡(luò)專題報(bào)道的編輯,間接原因在于具體的法律法規(guī)及行業(yè)規(guī)范的缺位,根本原因在于經(jīng)濟(jì)利益的刺激。 本文提出,要解決上述問(wèn)題,使犯罪新聞網(wǎng)絡(luò)專題報(bào)道得到更好的發(fā)展,需針對(duì)問(wèn)題與不足找對(duì)策。如提高編輯的相關(guān)能力,使相關(guān)的法律法規(guī)及行業(yè)規(guī)范詳細(xì)化,加強(qiáng)從業(yè)者的自律等,為網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代的輿論引導(dǎo)和推進(jìn)法治社會(huì)的進(jìn)步提供了借鑒。
[Abstract]:The news special report of network media, get people's attention more and more. Especially, the special report of criminal news network under the environment of Web2.0 is characterized by its unique speed, omni-directional, easy to interact with the audience, interesting points, extensive influence, and so on, which makes it more powerful than other reports. It is popular with netizens. Through the longitudinal analysis, it is found that the network special report of crime news has experienced three stages of development, and the development track of each stage shows a unique law. From a simple hyperlink way to the related criminal news reports together, to the form of constructing the logical structure between the news materials, there is a rough layout design. Then it develops to introduce the thematic planning into it, and make full use of the advantages of the network media, pursue the depth of the topic, and gradually reach a mature state. As a special and relatively fresh category of media communication, the author analyzes its communication function and reveals its communication effect and value influence. In particular, at the organizational and social levels, as well as in the political, economic, educational, cultural aspects of the function and influence. This article also from the form, the content, the function exerts three aspects to carry on the summary and the induction to some questions and the insufficiency in the crime news network special report, from the expression form, the existence question is improper or excessively uses the hyperlink; Too many ads fill the pages; the report is full of typos and missing words; lack of sustained maintenance of the topic. From the content point of view, there is the problem of using criminal news to create vulgar selling points and insufficient analysis of law specialty. From the point of view of function, the function of crime news network should be directed, education and culture. And the direct, indirect and fundamental causes of these problems are deeply explored. The direct reason lies in the editing of the special report of the crime news network, and the indirect reason lies in the absence of specific laws and regulations and industry norms. The root cause lies in the stimulus of economic interests. In order to solve the above problems and make the special report of criminal news network develop better, we need to find solutions to the problems and shortcomings. Such as improving the relevant ability of editors, making relevant laws and regulations and professional norms detailed, strengthening the self-discipline of practitioners, etc., which provides a reference for the public opinion to guide and promote the progress of the society ruled by law in the network age.
