【摘要】：招聘工作是企業(yè)經(jīng)營和管理重要組成部分。以前企業(yè)大多是通過傳統(tǒng)的報紙,平面廣告,招聘會等招聘方式來招聘人才,不僅存在著效率低下、成本過高、流程繁瑣等問題,而且也和企業(yè)的快速發(fā)展越來越不相適應(yīng)。隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)招聘在很多行業(yè)已經(jīng)逐步替代了傳統(tǒng)的招聘方式。網(wǎng)絡(luò)招聘可以幫助企業(yè)實現(xiàn)高效率、低成本、方便易用的人才招聘管理,也可以幫助個人省時、省力、省錢的找工作。雖然網(wǎng)絡(luò)招聘還存在著一些問題,但隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的不斷成熟和企業(yè)管理的日益進(jìn)步,網(wǎng)絡(luò)招聘一定會成為今后招聘求職的最主要方式。 本文在充分分析用戶需求的基礎(chǔ)上,對網(wǎng)絡(luò)上主流的綜合性招聘網(wǎng)站進(jìn)行了分析和調(diào)研,結(jié)合現(xiàn)代軟件工程思想設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)了這套基于ASP. NET技術(shù)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)招聘系統(tǒng)。主要包括簡歷發(fā)布、職位搜索、簡歷投遞,職位管理、簡歷搜索等功能。并在此基礎(chǔ)上深入分析了ASP. NET的原理和技術(shù)特點,并將其技術(shù)應(yīng)用到系統(tǒng)中�；贏JAX實現(xiàn)了信息的無刷新發(fā)布,改善了網(wǎng)站的用戶體驗。運用SQL Server2005的全文檢索技術(shù),解決了大數(shù)據(jù)量的簡歷在檢索過程中的效率問題。系統(tǒng)設(shè)計過程中,充分考慮了數(shù)據(jù)的保密性和安全性,確保了用戶信息和系統(tǒng)運行的安全可靠。 本系統(tǒng)解決了傳統(tǒng)招聘方式低效率、高成本、難以操作等問題,實現(xiàn)企業(yè)人才管理的信息化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化,提高了企業(yè)招聘管理工作的效率,使企業(yè)信息管理科學(xué)和規(guī)范。幫助求職者輕松便捷的求職找工作,實現(xiàn)個人的職業(yè)規(guī)劃和人生價值。
[Abstract]:Recruitment is an important part of enterprise management and management. In the past, most enterprises used to recruit talents through traditional newspapers, print advertisements, job fairs and other recruitment methods, which not only have the problems of low efficiency, high cost and cumbersome process, but also are more and more incompatible with the rapid development of enterprises. With the rapid development of Internet technology, online recruitment in many industries has gradually replaced the traditional recruitment methods. Online recruitment can help enterprises to achieve high efficiency, low cost, easy to use talent recruitment management, but also help individuals save time, labor, money to find a job. Although there are still some problems in online recruitment, with the continuous maturity of Internet technology and the development of enterprise management, network recruitment will be the most important way to recruit and apply for jobs in the future. Based on the analysis of users' needs, this paper analyzes and investigates the mainstream comprehensive recruitment websites on the network, and designs and implements this set based on ASP. combined with the modern software engineering idea. Network recruitment system based on NET technology. Including resume publishing, job search, resume delivery, job management, resume search and other functions. On the basis of this, the ASP. is analyzed in depth. The principle and technical characteristics of NET are applied to the system. Based on AJAX, the information is released without refresh, and the user experience of the website is improved. In this paper, the full-text retrieval technology of SQL Server2005 is used to solve the problem of efficiency in the retrieval process of resume with large amount of data. In the process of system design, the confidentiality and security of data are fully considered to ensure the safety and reliability of user information and system operation. This system solves the problems of low efficiency, high cost and difficult to operate in traditional recruitment mode, realizes the informationization and networking of enterprise talent management, improves the efficiency of enterprise recruitment management, and makes enterprise information management scientific and standardized. Help job seekers find jobs easily and easily, and realize personal career planning and life value.
