【摘要】：高空作業(yè)工程車廣泛用于電力、路燈、市政、園林、通信、機(jī)場(chǎng)、造船、交通、廣告、攝影等高空作業(yè)領(lǐng)域。其車輛控制器是工程車輛最核心部件之一,目前國(guó)內(nèi)其產(chǎn)品幾乎被國(guó)外公司所壟斷。國(guó)外公司對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)實(shí)行技術(shù)封鎖,只出口上世紀(jì)設(shè)計(jì)的淘汰產(chǎn)品,不轉(zhuǎn)讓其技術(shù)。這嚴(yán)重阻礙了國(guó)內(nèi)控制器技術(shù)高空作業(yè)車技術(shù)的發(fā)展。 研制擁有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的高空作業(yè)車控制器,可以填補(bǔ)國(guó)內(nèi)其高端控制器產(chǎn)品及技術(shù)的空白,擺脫國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)國(guó)外該項(xiàng)技術(shù)的過分依賴,打破其技術(shù)封鎖和壟斷。同時(shí)可以促進(jìn)國(guó)內(nèi)技術(shù)進(jìn)步和國(guó)內(nèi)高空作業(yè)車企業(yè)的發(fā)展,使國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)在控制器、高空作車等市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中占得有利地位,該研究具有非常深遠(yuǎn)的意義。 本文以某工程車輛廠的高空作業(yè)車為研究對(duì)象,設(shè)計(jì)一種高空作業(yè)車智能控制系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)采用LPC2378為主控制芯片,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)車輛機(jī)構(gòu)動(dòng)作控制,并通過調(diào)試軟件監(jiān)控車體工作狀態(tài)及完成控制器內(nèi)部各種重要參數(shù)的設(shè)定和調(diào)整。本控制器實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)整車作業(yè)狀況的控制,實(shí)際現(xiàn)場(chǎng)隨車測(cè)試表明:該控制器穩(wěn)定性好,作業(yè)控制范圍大,安全可靠高。本文主要研究?jī)?nèi)容和取得成果如下: 本文主要研究?jī)?nèi)容和取得成果如下: (1)主要介紹了高空作業(yè)車控制器的國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展與現(xiàn)狀,課題的研究背景和意義。 (2)對(duì)SK16A的整體機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)及主要安全裝置進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)介紹。 (3)完成了高空作業(yè)車專用控制器的總體設(shè)計(jì),包括硬件電路系統(tǒng)、主控制器及上位機(jī)管理軟件等設(shè)計(jì)。 (4)完成了μC/OS-Ⅱ在控制器上的移植、控制器BSP開發(fā)、底層驅(qū)動(dòng)軟件的設(shè)計(jì)及應(yīng)用層程序設(shè)計(jì)等。 (5)完成了上位機(jī)管理軟件的設(shè)計(jì)及各模塊功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)。 (6)完成了控制器的高低溫濕熱試驗(yàn)和在SK16A車上進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)控制試驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:Aerial engineering vehicles are widely used in power, street lights, municipal, garden, communications, airport, shipbuilding, transportation, advertising, photography and other aerial fields. The vehicle controller is one of the core components of engineering vehicles, and its products are almost monopolized by foreign companies. Foreign companies impose a technology blockade on domestic enterprises, exporting only the obsolete products designed in the last century, and not transferring their technology. This has seriously hindered the development of domestic controller technology aerial vehicle technology. The development of aerial vehicle controller with independent intellectual property rights can fill in the gap of domestic high-end controller products and technology, get rid of the excessive dependence on this technology at home and abroad, and break the technology blockade and monopoly. At the same time, it can promote the progress of domestic technology and the development of domestic aerial vehicle enterprises, and make domestic enterprises occupy a favorable position in the market competition such as controller, high-altitude car making, etc. This research has a very far-reaching significance. In this paper, a kind of intelligent control system for aerial working vehicle is designed. The system adopts LPC2378 as the main control chip to realize the motion control of the vehicle mechanism, and monitors the working state of the car body by debugging software and accomplishes the setting and adjustment of the important parameters inside the controller. The controller realizes the control of the working condition of the whole vehicle. The actual field test shows that the controller has good stability, wide operation control range and high safety and reliability. The main contents and achievements of this paper are as follows: (1) the development and current situation of aerial vehicle controller at home and abroad are introduced. The research background and significance of the subject. (2) the overall mechanical structure and main safety devices of SK16A are introduced in detail.
