【摘要】： 居住建筑作為生存的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)條件之一和生活基地,經(jīng)歷了不斷演化的過程。人類在生存環(huán)境的自然選擇中,形成了不同的形態(tài),也就是在不同的生成環(huán)境下既有共同面,也有相異面,從中我們可以梳理出居住建筑形態(tài)造型發(fā)展的線索。在我國在短短的幾十年,居住建筑的形態(tài)就有了質(zhì)的發(fā)展飛速,居住建筑造型日新月異。面對大街上隨處可見的樓盤廣告,紛紛以千姿百態(tài)的造型為賣點(diǎn),這一切不禁引發(fā)我的思考。 從功能角度來說,設(shè)計(jì)居住建筑就是設(shè)計(jì)生活。從造型美觀的角度來說,居住建筑實(shí)際上是一個(gè)個(gè)巨大的城市雕塑,它承載了一種文化,是人文環(huán)境的一個(gè)反映。人們對于居住建筑造型的評判,會(huì)給基于個(gè)人的成長經(jīng)歷、教育背景、生活狀態(tài),以及對未來人生的展望。隨著居住建筑的發(fā)展、人民生活水平的提高,住宅開發(fā)的水平也越來越高,而且在關(guān)注居住建筑功能設(shè)計(jì)的同時(shí),也越來越重視建筑風(fēng)格和建筑藝術(shù)的表現(xiàn)。居住建筑不僅僅是棲居之所,也正在發(fā)展為建筑藝術(shù)。 在二十一世紀(jì)到來之后,居住建筑的造型處理上出現(xiàn)了一種傾向,打破了傳統(tǒng)的住宅造型處理模式,本文所指的“不規(guī)則”主要指在居住建筑尤其高層居住建筑造型手法上的這種新觀念。 但與此同時(shí),它又帶給我們一些疑問：“不規(guī)則”居住建筑形態(tài)的確帶給我們的是靈光一閃的美麗嗎?它因何產(chǎn)生?它的前途又會(huì)怎樣?也許,我們只有對這些問題一一探究后,才能對此下一個(gè)結(jié)論。無論這種形態(tài)風(fēng)格在這一時(shí)期廣大群眾對此的評價(jià)如何,我們作為居住建筑設(shè)計(jì)者都要首先將個(gè)人的舒適宜居性和建筑的內(nèi)涵加以結(jié)合。這正是用藝術(shù)元素表達(dá)居住建筑“氣質(zhì)”和“理想”的最高狀態(tài)。 本文在實(shí)踐調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合相關(guān)理論知識(shí),對當(dāng)今中國城市的“不規(guī)則”建筑形態(tài)做出解析與詮釋。論文從三個(gè)典型時(shí)期內(nèi),國內(nèi)住宅造型的歷史演變?yōu)槌霭l(fā)點(diǎn),就這些時(shí)期內(nèi)住宅造型的發(fā)展進(jìn)行了探討,然后研究形態(tài)的構(gòu)成語言和大眾審美觀的演變兩個(gè)相輔相成的影響因素,分析出居住建筑“不規(guī)則”形態(tài)存在的構(gòu)成手法與文化基礎(chǔ)。最后,根據(jù)已經(jīng)了解的國內(nèi)外居住建筑形態(tài)發(fā)展趨向,對未來居住建筑形態(tài)發(fā)展作了前瞻性的設(shè)想,以期望今后的國內(nèi)居住建筑在科技發(fā)展的推動(dòng)下能達(dá)到使用功能、藝術(shù)內(nèi)涵雙重的“美”。
[Abstract]:As one of the basic material conditions and living bases, residential buildings have undergone a process of continuous evolution. In the natural selection of the living environment, human beings have formed different forms, that is, in the different environment, there are both common and different faces, from which we can sort out the clues of the development of the shape of residential architecture. In our country, in a few decades, the form of residential buildings has a rapid development, the shape of residential architecture changes with each passing day. In the face of the street everywhere in real estate advertising, one after another to a variety of shapes as a selling point, all this can not help but cause my thinking. From a functional point of view, the design of residential buildings is the design of life. From the aesthetic point of view, residential architecture is actually a huge city sculpture, it bears a culture, is a reflection of the human environment. People judge the shape of residential architecture based on personal growth experience, educational background, living state, and outlook for future life. With the development of residential buildings and the improvement of people's living standards, the level of residential development is becoming more and more high, and more attention has been paid to the design of residential building functions, as well as the architectural style and the performance of architectural art. Residential buildings are not only dwelling houses, but also developing into architectural art. After the arrival of the 21 century, there was a tendency in the modeling treatment of residential buildings, which broke the traditional model of residential modeling processing. The "irregularity" in this paper mainly refers to this new concept in residential buildings, especially in high-rise residential buildings. But at the same time, it also brings us some questions: "irregular" residential building form really bring us a flash of beauty? Why did it come about? What is its future? Perhaps we can only come to a conclusion about these problems after we have explored them one by one. No matter how much this style is evaluated by the masses in this period, we, as designers of residential buildings, must first combine the comfort and livability of individuals with the connotation of architecture. This is the highest state of "temperament" and "ideal" of residential architecture expressed by artistic elements. On the basis of practical investigation and relevant theoretical knowledge, this paper analyzes and interprets the "irregular" architectural form of Chinese cities. From the three typical periods, the historical evolution of domestic housing modeling as the starting point, this paper discusses the development of housing modeling in these periods. Then, the paper studies the influence factors of the formation language and the evolution of the public aesthetics, and analyzes the composing technique and the cultural foundation of the existence of the "irregular" form of residential buildings. Finally, according to the known trends of residential building form development at home and abroad, the future residential building form development is foresight, in order to hope that the future domestic residential building can achieve the function under the promotion of the development of science and technology.
