【摘要】： 高速公路服務(wù)區(qū)作為高速公路的重要組成部分,是保障行車安全、緩解駕駛員長途駕駛疲勞、保證行駛車輛維修保養(yǎng)必不可少的設(shè)施。隨著近年來的發(fā)展,高速公路服務(wù)區(qū)已從過去加油、車輛維修、人員休息這種基礎(chǔ)服務(wù)項目轉(zhuǎn)化為更加周到、更加全面的服務(wù)形式。突破了它僅僅作為高速公路輔助設(shè)施的功能,而朝向更加多元化的方向發(fā)展。 本文依托課題——陜西省高速公路服務(wù)區(qū)建設(shè)規(guī)劃,對陜西、山西、河南、湖北、山東等省的高速公路服務(wù)區(qū)進(jìn)行調(diào)研,詳細(xì)考察了服務(wù)區(qū)的規(guī)劃、布局和經(jīng)營情況。同時,收集了東部發(fā)展較快地區(qū)服務(wù)區(qū)的資料,在以上基礎(chǔ)上,對服務(wù)區(qū)的經(jīng)營和布局進(jìn)行研究。 本文從經(jīng)營角度分析了我國服務(wù)區(qū)的現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)了一些常規(guī)的經(jīng)營模式、經(jīng)營項目及經(jīng)營效果。進(jìn)一步提出了需要拓展的經(jīng)營內(nèi)容,如旅游、物流、廣告及服務(wù)區(qū)內(nèi)土地的開發(fā)利用。簡要論述了這些項目的可行性和開發(fā)途徑,強(qiáng)調(diào)了它們與地方經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系的重大意義。 為了更好的配合服務(wù)區(qū)經(jīng)營的開展,本文還研究了服務(wù)區(qū)的設(shè)計理念和區(qū)內(nèi)各項設(shè)施的布置原則。對服務(wù)區(qū)內(nèi)為車輛服務(wù)的設(shè)施、為人服務(wù)的設(shè)施、輔助設(shè)施及綠化景觀逐一研究,從這些設(shè)施自身的特點和它們間的聯(lián)系出發(fā),分析如何布局才能更好的發(fā)揮出它們功能,在為車輛和司乘人員帶來方便的同時提升服務(wù)區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:As an important part of expressway, expressway service area is an essential facility to ensure driving safety, alleviate driver fatigue and ensure vehicle maintenance. With the development of recent years, the expressway service area has changed from refueling, vehicle maintenance and personnel rest to a more thoughtful and comprehensive service form. It breaks through its function as a highway auxiliary facility, and develops towards a more diversified direction. Based on the research of the expressway service area construction planning in Shaanxi Province, this paper investigates the expressway service area in Shaanxi, Shanxi, Henan, Hubei and Shandong provinces, and investigates the planning, layout and management of the service area in detail. At the same time, the paper collects the data of the service area in the fast developing area in the east, and studies the management and layout of the service area on the basis of above. This paper analyzes the present situation of our country's service area from the angle of management, and summarizes some conventional management modes, items and effects. Furthermore, the development and utilization of land in tourism, logistics, advertising and service areas are proposed. This paper briefly discusses the feasibility and development approaches of these projects, and emphasizes the great significance of their connection with the local economy. In order to better cooperate with the development of the service area, this paper also studies the design concept of the service area and the layout principle of the facilities in the service area. Through the study of the facilities serving vehicles, human services, auxiliary facilities and greening landscapes in the service area, starting from the characteristics of these facilities and their relationship, the paper analyzes how the layout can better play their functions. Improve the economic benefits of the service area while bringing convenience to the vehicle and crew.
