【摘要】：信息時(shí)代的飛速發(fā)展使得越來越多的人喜歡在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上交流和分享信息,網(wǎng)絡(luò)論壇作為互聯(lián)網(wǎng)用戶交流的平臺(tái),從某種程度上改變了輿論的形成模式、傳播方式和擴(kuò)散速度,同時(shí)也豐富了人們的精神生活。但是,由于網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播的自由性、交互性和開放性,使得網(wǎng)絡(luò)論壇成為敏感信息以及廣告泛濫的高發(fā)地帶,如何把握網(wǎng)絡(luò)論壇輿論發(fā)展的方向,塑造一個(gè)干凈積極的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)溝通平臺(tái),成為亟待解決的問題。本文就網(wǎng)絡(luò)論壇中用戶興趣模型建立以及突發(fā)事件發(fā)現(xiàn)兩方面展開深入研究,旨在幫助論壇管理員管理論壇中的用戶和主題,促進(jìn)論壇的良性發(fā)展。 用戶興趣模型的建立是為了發(fā)現(xiàn)、提取和表達(dá)用戶興趣,通過合理的展現(xiàn)用戶興趣,使管理員更好的理解用戶的關(guān)注點(diǎn)并做出相對(duì)應(yīng)的處理。本文提出一種基于用戶興趣模型的用戶監(jiān)測(cè)方法,通過分析用戶對(duì)敏感主題的關(guān)注度和用戶關(guān)系模型,綜合地定義用戶的敏感度,從而判斷用戶的潛在行為。 突發(fā)事件是指在短時(shí)間內(nèi)被廣泛傳播的內(nèi)容。在論壇中,突發(fā)事件有可能是論壇用戶自發(fā)討論的熱點(diǎn)話題,更有可能是反復(fù)發(fā)放的廣告主題。本文將基于突發(fā)特征的事件發(fā)現(xiàn)算法創(chuàng)新性地運(yùn)用在論壇中,用于發(fā)現(xiàn)論壇中的熱點(diǎn)話題和廣告。 實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,基于用戶興趣模型的用戶監(jiān)測(cè)能夠有效防范敏感主題的發(fā)布,基于事件檢測(cè)技術(shù)的主題監(jiān)測(cè)則可以找出論壇中大部分的廣告主題。在兩大算法的基礎(chǔ)上,我們?cè)O(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了論壇管理員監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng),從用戶和主題兩個(gè)角度幫助管理員完成對(duì)論壇信息的深入分析。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the information age, more and more people like to communicate and share information on the Internet. At the same time, it enriches people's spiritual life. However, because of the freedom, interactivity and openness of the network communication, the network forum has become a high frequency zone of sensitive information and advertising. How to grasp the direction of the public opinion development of the network forum? Mold a clean and active Internet communication platform, become the problem that needs to be solved urgently. The purpose of this paper is to help the forum administrator manage the users and topics in the forum and promote the benign development of the forum. The purpose of user interest model is to discover, extract and express user interest, and show user interest reasonably so that administrator can better understand user's concerns and make corresponding processing. In this paper, a user monitoring method based on user interest model is proposed. By analyzing the user's attention to sensitive topics and user relationship model, the sensitivity of users is defined synthetically, and the potential behavior of users is judged. Emergency refers to the content that is widely spread in a short period of time. In the forum, unexpected events are likely to be a hot topic to be discussed spontaneously by forum users, and more likely to be repeated advertising themes. In this paper, the event discovery algorithm based on burst feature is innovatively applied to the forum to find hot topics and advertisements in the forum. The experimental results show that user monitoring based on user interest model can effectively guard against the release of sensitive topics, while the topic monitoring based on event detection technology can find out most of the advertising topics in the forum. On the basis of the two algorithms, we design and implement the forum administrator monitoring system, which can help the administrator to complete the in-depth analysis of the forum information from the user and subject point of view.
