【摘要】：本文通過對我國西瓜甜瓜產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及趨勢進(jìn)行調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,對榆林西瓜甜瓜產(chǎn)業(yè)化現(xiàn)狀、產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)勢、存在問題及發(fā)展對策進(jìn)行綜合分析的基礎(chǔ)上,得出以下結(jié)論。 1.引進(jìn)推廣優(yōu)質(zhì)、抗病西瓜甜瓜新品種。在多年、多點試驗示范的基礎(chǔ)上,篩選出表現(xiàn)中熟,大果型,產(chǎn)量高,品質(zhì)好的2個有籽西瓜新品種‘陜抗七號’、‘榆農(nóng)綠寶’和2個無籽西瓜新品種‘鄭新1號’、‘鄭抗無籽9號’,適宜在榆林遠(yuǎn)郊露地種植;篩選出3個早熟,綜合抗性優(yōu)良,抗逆性強(qiáng)的甜瓜品種‘京玉黃流星’、‘金蜜特’和‘豐雷’等,適宜在榆林露地和保護(hù)地甜瓜產(chǎn)區(qū)種植。 2.引進(jìn)推廣小型優(yōu)質(zhì)禮品西瓜。榆林市位于陜西省最北部,全市總?cè)丝?60萬,轄1區(qū)11縣222個鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)。市情的主要特點是煤、氣、油、鹽資源優(yōu)勢突出,人文優(yōu)勢獨特,區(qū)位優(yōu)勢明顯。氣候涼爽,干燥多風(fēng),雨熱同季,晝夜溫差大,春季回暖慢,光照充足,熱量豐富,四季分明,非常適宜日光溫室瓜菜生產(chǎn)。由于小型禮品西瓜熟性早,品質(zhì)優(yōu),風(fēng)味、口感佳,賣好價,效益高,深受廣大消費青睞�？梢栽诒臼幸恍┙伎h區(qū)引進(jìn)推廣日光溫室禮品西瓜種植。通過品種比較試驗,已篩選出‘翠藍(lán)’和‘圣藍(lán)’兩個品種表現(xiàn)較好,可引進(jìn)推廣。 3.推廣西瓜甜瓜標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化栽培技術(shù)。多年來,榆林市農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)研究院已通過西瓜甜瓜不同播種期、定植密度、人工輔助授粉、嫁接、病蟲防治、施肥等一系列綜合栽培管理技術(shù)的試驗研究,總結(jié)出榆林地區(qū)西瓜甜瓜標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化栽培技術(shù)操作規(guī)程。 4.加強(qiáng)市場信息服務(wù)和流通體系建設(shè)。主產(chǎn)區(qū)應(yīng)成立西瓜甜瓜專業(yè)合作社,推廣“公司+基地+農(nóng)戶”的運作模式,充分發(fā)揮專業(yè)合作社的作用,做好技術(shù)研發(fā)、物資供應(yīng)、技術(shù)服務(wù)、產(chǎn)品銷售等產(chǎn)前、產(chǎn)中、產(chǎn)后各環(huán)節(jié)的協(xié)調(diào)服務(wù)工作,發(fā)揮財政資金的導(dǎo)向作用,支持和引導(dǎo)龍頭企業(yè)、專合組織健康發(fā)展,解決瓜農(nóng)賣瓜難的問題。在主要生產(chǎn)區(qū)域和銷售區(qū)域,有計劃地建立一批西瓜甜瓜批發(fā)市場,疏通各方面的流通渠道,以利于向周邊市場輻射。積極推進(jìn)現(xiàn)代營銷方式和流通組織形式,加強(qiáng)信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)的建設(shè)和廣告設(shè)計宣傳,擴(kuò)大榆林市西瓜甜瓜產(chǎn)品的知名度。及時發(fā)布西瓜甜瓜產(chǎn)銷信息,使瓜農(nóng)、企業(yè)及時掌握國內(nèi)、外產(chǎn)銷狀況,便于有的放矢地做出營銷決策。 5.進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)科技攻關(guān),為榆林西瓜甜瓜產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提供關(guān)鍵技術(shù)支撐。以解決種子生產(chǎn)過程中的細(xì)菌性果腐病問題為切入點,建立符合國際規(guī)范的西瓜甜瓜種子質(zhì)量檢測體系,加強(qiáng)健康種子的生產(chǎn)基地建設(shè),盡快建立西瓜甜瓜的規(guī)范良種繁育體系;針對西瓜甜瓜生產(chǎn)中存在連作障礙、枯萎病等問題,要進(jìn)行科技攻關(guān),進(jìn)行解決;通過政府指導(dǎo)和各種經(jīng)濟(jì)力量的共同參與,進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)無公害生產(chǎn)示范基地建設(shè);保護(hù)地栽培基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè);西瓜甜瓜的商品化處理及加工體系建設(shè),瓜類病蟲害的預(yù)測預(yù)警體系與綜合防治體系建設(shè)。 6.研究西瓜甜瓜貯藏加工新方法、新技術(shù)。應(yīng)研究貯藏加工新方法、新技術(shù)、新工藝,發(fā)展壯大貯藏加工龍頭企業(yè),拓寬產(chǎn)品銷售渠道和市場領(lǐng)域。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the research on the current situation, the current situation and the trend of the watermelon melon industry in China, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the industrialization status, industrial advantages, existing problems and Development Countermeasures of watermelon melon in Yulin, and draws the following conclusions.
1. new varieties of melon and melon were introduced and popularized. 2. introduction and promotion of small and quality gift watermelons. The main characteristics of the city are coal, gas, oil, and salt resources with outstanding advantages, unique cultural advantages and obvious geographical advantages. Rich in heat and distinct in four seasons, it is very suitable for the production of vegetable and vegetable in solar greenhouse. Because of the early maturity, good quality, good flavor, good taste, good price and high benefit, small gift watermelons can be widely used in some Suburb Counties of this city. The two varieties of Saint blue are better and can be introduced and popularized.
3. to popularize the standardized cultivation techniques of watermelon melon. For many years, the Yulin Academy of Agricultural Sciences has carried out a series of comprehensive cultivation management techniques, such as the different seeding period, planting density, artificial pollination, grafting, pest control and fertilization, and summed up the standardized cultivation techniques of watermelon in the elm woodland area.
4. to strengthen the construction of market information service and circulation system. The main production area should set up a watermelon melon professional cooperative, promote the operation mode of "company + base + farmer", give full play to the role of professional cooperatives, do a good job in the coordinated service work of technology research and development, material supply, technical service, product sales and other links in the pre production, production and postpartum. The guiding role of government funds, supporting and guiding the leading enterprises, the healthy development of the organization, the problem of solving the problem of melon farmers selling melon. In the main production areas and sales areas, a batch of watermelon melon wholesale market is set up in a planned way to dredge the circulation channels in all aspects so as to promote the radiation to the periphery of the market. The modern marketing mode and circulation group are actively promoted. Weaving, strengthening the construction of information network and advertising design and advertising, expanding the popularity of watermelon products in Yulin. Timely release of watermelon production and marketing information, so that the farmers, enterprises in time to master the status of domestic and foreign production and marketing, easy to make a targeted marketing decision.
5. further strengthen scientific and technological breakthrough and provide key technical support for the development of watermelon melon industry in Yulin. In order to solve the problem of bacterial fruit rot in the process of seed production, it is a breakthrough point to set up a quality testing system for watermelon seed in accordance with international standards, strengthen the construction of the production base of healthy seeds, and establish the standard of watermelon melon as soon as possible. In order to solve the problems of continuous cropping obstacle and Fusarium Wilt in the production of watermelon melons, we should carry out scientific and technological problems and solve the problems. Through the joint participation of government guidance and various economic forces, we should further strengthen the construction of the demonstration base of non public pollution production, the construction of the protected cultivation infrastructure, the commercialized treatment and processing system of watermelon melons. Construction, prediction and early warning system for pests and diseases of cucurbits and construction of integrated prevention and control system.
6. new methods of storage and processing of melon melons and new technologies should be studied.
