【摘要】: 本文從介紹手機(jī)電視概念開始,結(jié)合商業(yè)模式的相關(guān)理論,介紹了國內(nèi)手機(jī)電視業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展沿革,論述了手機(jī)電視業(yè)務(wù)所面臨的8個(gè)問題,因?yàn)槭謾C(jī)電視業(yè)務(wù)作為一項(xiàng)新業(yè)務(wù),成敗并不純粹取決于技術(shù),而主要是商業(yè)模式與產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈。 因此,本文重點(diǎn)在于對(duì)手機(jī)電視業(yè)務(wù)的商業(yè)模式及產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,并對(duì)廣電+移動(dòng)模式、移動(dòng)+SP模式、廣電獨(dú)立模式、獨(dú)立運(yùn)營商+廣電+移動(dòng)模式、獨(dú)立運(yùn)營商+移動(dòng)模式、廣電+SP模式6種商業(yè)模式以價(jià)值鏈健康高效、可盈利能力、未來潛力、不易效仿性、對(duì)客戶價(jià)值、資源整合性、不利因素克服7個(gè)方面按不同權(quán)重進(jìn)行了評(píng)估。最后,本文從業(yè)務(wù)模型設(shè)計(jì)、價(jià)值鏈及合作模式、盈利模式、廣告發(fā)展策略、終端發(fā)展策略、市場推廣策略6個(gè)角度提出了商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)建議。
[Abstract]:Starting with the introduction of the concept of mobile TV, combined with the related theory of business model, this paper introduces the development and evolution of domestic mobile TV business, and discusses the eight problems faced by mobile TV business, because mobile TV business is a new business. Success or failure does not depend solely on technology, but mainly on business models and industrial chains. Therefore, this paper focuses on the detailed analysis of the business model and industry chain of mobile TV service, and analyzes the radio and television mobile mode, mobile SP mode, radio and television independent mode, independent operator radio and television mobile mode. Independent operator mobile mode, radio and television SP mode six business models to value chain health and efficiency, profitability, future potential, not easy to emulate, customer value, integration of resources, The unfavorable factors are evaluated according to different weights in seven aspects. Finally, this paper puts forward the business model innovation design suggestions from the business model design, the value chain and the cooperation model, the profit model, the advertisement development strategy, the terminal development strategy, the market promotion strategy.
