【摘要】:商業(yè)建筑作為公共建筑的一種,與當(dāng)代社會人們的生活息息相關(guān)。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會的發(fā)展,以及消費者需求和心理的變化,商業(yè)建筑的形式、規(guī)模都在發(fā)生變化,它不僅僅是滿足基本商品交易的場所,更成為人們娛樂休閑的去處,人們在其中得到精神的放松和心理的愉悅,商業(yè)場所也因此具有游戲的特征。綜合性商業(yè)建筑是商業(yè)場所的一個重要的分支,它集多種功能于一身,并往往處于城市重要地段,規(guī)模大型,是與人們娛樂生活關(guān)系密切的場所之一,商業(yè)場所的游戲性也在它身上得到集中的體現(xiàn)。本文基于綜合性商業(yè)建筑的特征與趨勢,以及消費者的心理及需求的變化,研究綜合性商業(yè)建筑所具有的游戲特征及游戲化的建筑語言,希望在解讀商業(yè)建筑的游戲性和娛樂性的同時,也對以后的設(shè)計提供一定的依據(jù)。 本文第一章闡述了研究背景、研究意義、研究現(xiàn)狀、研究內(nèi)容及方法。 本文第二章闡述了綜合性商業(yè)建筑的概念、特征及發(fā)展趨勢,指出綜合性商業(yè)建筑是規(guī)模大型、功能復(fù)合、并與城市開發(fā)相結(jié)合的綜合性的商業(yè)場所,并具有高度復(fù)合化、高度娛樂化和個性化的發(fā)展趨勢,這些發(fā)展趨勢是綜合性商業(yè)建筑游戲特征產(chǎn)生前提。第三章基于綜合性商業(yè)建筑的特征和趨勢,以及體驗經(jīng)濟(jì)時代的社會背景,提出了綜合性商業(yè)建筑的游戲性概念,指出體驗經(jīng)濟(jì)時代需要具有游戲特征的商業(yè)建筑,并提出綜合性商業(yè)建筑具有自由性、參與性和體驗性的游戲特征,而且其游戲特征正是當(dāng)代社會大眾文化的體現(xiàn)與反映。 在對綜合性商業(yè)建筑的游戲概念及特征進(jìn)行解析后,本文第四章著手研究綜合性商業(yè)建筑的游戲性要素。消費者是商業(yè)場所主要的使用者與參與者,商業(yè)建筑的游戲性也是通過消費者的參與得到體現(xiàn),本文從消費者的需求、心理及行為入手分析綜合性商業(yè)建筑具有的游戲性要素,提出了綜合性商業(yè)建筑的游戲性要素:購物流線、內(nèi)部形態(tài)要素(包括空間形式和室內(nèi)環(huán)境要素),以及外部形態(tài)要素(包括建筑造型、戶外廣告、.櫥窗展示和外部環(huán)境)。第五章從這幾個游戲性要素出發(fā),對游戲化的綜合性商業(yè)建筑營造路徑和設(shè)計方法進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步的闡述,探究營造游戲化的商業(yè)建筑的建筑語言。第六章對具有游戲特征的綜合性商業(yè)建筑的具體案例進(jìn)行分析。第七章對本文進(jìn)行總結(jié)性概括,總結(jié)創(chuàng)新點并對下一步的研究做出展望。
[Abstract]:As a kind of public building, commercial building is closely related to people's life in contemporary society. With the development of economy and society, as well as the changes of consumers' needs and psychology, the form and scale of commercial buildings are changing. It is not only a place to satisfy the basic commodities trading, but also a place for people to entertain and relax. People get mental relaxation and psychological pleasure in it, and business places have the characteristics of games. The comprehensive commercial building is an important branch of the commercial place. It has a variety of functions and is often located in an important part of the city. It is one of the places with close relationship with people's entertainment and life. The gameplay of a commercial place is also concentrated on it. Based on the characteristics and trends of comprehensive commercial buildings, as well as the changes of consumers' psychology and needs, this paper studies the game features and gameplay building languages of comprehensive commercial buildings. I hope to interpret the game and entertainment of commercial architecture, but also to provide some basis for future design. The first chapter describes the research background, research significance, research status, research content and methods. The second chapter expounds the concept, characteristics and development trend of the comprehensive commercial building, and points out that the comprehensive commercial building is a comprehensive commercial place with large scale, complex function and combined with urban development, and has a high degree of compounding. High entertainment and personalized development trends, these trends are the premise of comprehensive commercial building game features. Based on the characteristics and trends of comprehensive commercial buildings and the social background of the era of experience economy, the third chapter puts forward the concept of gameplay of comprehensive commercial buildings, and points out that the era of experience economy needs commercial buildings with game characteristics. It also points out that comprehensive commercial architecture has the characteristics of free, participatory and experiential games, and its game features are the embodiment and reflection of the contemporary social mass culture. After analyzing the game concept and characteristics of comprehensive commercial architecture, the fourth chapter studies the gameplay elements of comprehensive commercial architecture. Consumers are the main users and participants of commercial premises, and the gameplay of commercial buildings is also reflected by the participation of consumers. This paper analyzes the gameplay elements of comprehensive commercial buildings from the perspective of consumers' needs, psychology and behavior. This paper puts forward the game elements of comprehensive commercial architecture: shopping streamline, internal form elements (including space form and indoor environment elements), and exterior form elements (including architectural modeling, outdoor advertising etc.) Window display and external environment. The fifth chapter starts from these several gameplay elements, and further expounds the construction path and design method of the game-oriented comprehensive commercial building, and probes into the architectural language of building the game-oriented commercial building. Chapter six analyzes the specific cases of comprehensive commercial buildings with game characteristics. The seventh chapter summarizes this paper, summarizes the innovation points and makes a prospect for the next research.
