【摘要】： 2010年又是一個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻產(chǎn)業(yè)投資急劇升溫的一年。一直以來(lái),網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻被認(rèn)為是一個(gè)“燒錢”行業(yè),在網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻企業(yè)經(jīng)歷了斷糧、牌照和政策監(jiān)管等一系列大事件的洗禮,剛剛準(zhǔn)備盈利的時(shí)候,偏偏又前遇“國(guó)家隊(duì)”發(fā)力,后逢傳統(tǒng)門(mén)戶、搜索引擎搶灘,民營(yíng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻陷入了前后夾擊的局面。 本文從運(yùn)營(yíng)這個(gè)角度切入,通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)家隊(duì)、大網(wǎng)企隊(duì)、民營(yíng)隊(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的對(duì)比分析、現(xiàn)有運(yùn)營(yíng)模式的解讀以及對(duì)未來(lái)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的探索性預(yù)計(jì),設(shè)計(jì)出民營(yíng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻的突圍戰(zhàn)略。 一方面,從視頻分享網(wǎng)站行業(yè)發(fā)展的角度出發(fā),分析了網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻行業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,包括其產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展階段,以及產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境,并從監(jiān)管政策、版權(quán)環(huán)境、與國(guó)家廣電和大網(wǎng)絡(luò)企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境來(lái)具體細(xì)化地分析產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境;另一方面,把焦點(diǎn)落在民營(yíng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻企業(yè)的運(yùn)營(yíng)模式上,先從內(nèi)容提供商、平臺(tái)運(yùn)營(yíng)商、視頻用戶、廣告主、分銷渠道商和技術(shù)提供商來(lái)分析產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的構(gòu)成,再指出產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的現(xiàn)狀,接著從內(nèi)容模式、技術(shù)模式和盈利模式三個(gè)方面解析民營(yíng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻的運(yùn)營(yíng)模式。
[Abstract]:2010 is a network video industry investment in a sharp rise in the year. All along, Internet video has been regarded as a "money-burning" industry. After experiencing a series of major incidents, such as grain loss, license plates and policy supervision, Internet video companies have just prepared to make a profit, only to meet the "national team" once again. After every traditional portal, search engine beach, private network video into the situation before and after the attack. From the point of view of operation, this paper designs the breakthrough strategy of private network video through the comparative analysis of national team, large net enterprise team, private team competitiveness, the interpretation of the existing operation mode and the exploratory prediction of the future development trend. On the one hand, from the perspective of the development of video sharing website industry, this paper analyzes the current situation of the network video industry development, including its industrial scale, industrial development stage, and industrial environment, and from the perspective of regulatory policy, copyright environment, To analyze the industrial environment in detail with the competitive environment of national radio, television and large network enterprises; on the other hand, to focus on the operating mode of private network video enterprises, starting with content providers, platform operators, video users, advertisers, Distribution channel providers and technology providers to analyze the composition of the industrial chain, and then point out the current situation of the industrial chain, and then from the content model, technology model and profit model to analyze the private network video operating mode.
