紅色對女性性吸引力影響的實驗研究

【摘要】:在許多非人類的靈長類動物中,雌性身體出現(xiàn)紅色是性興奮的信號,而這種信號會吸引雄性同類,因而紅色能增加雌性對雄性的吸引力,國外有研究證實了這種效應在人類中同樣存在,然而,紅色在中國具有特殊的意義,文章通過四個實驗來證明紅色的這種效應在中國是否存在跨文化差異,實驗采用被試間設計,讓兩組男性被試分別看一張同一女性穿不同顏色衣服的照片,并完成相應的問卷,在實驗1中,照片中女性穿紅色或白色衣服,來驗證是否穿紅色衣服的女性更有吸引力且更有性吸引力;在實驗2中,把對比顏色換為黑色,并且把評價范圍從性吸引力擴展到對女性整體親和力的評價;實驗3中,把對比顏色換為藍色,在評價中加入了對女性善良品質的評價,并且檢驗男性是否愿意與目標女性建立長久伴侶關系;實驗4中,把對比顏色換為綠色,并檢驗男性感知到的女性的性開放程度在“紅色—性吸引”中是否起中介作用。實驗結果采用spss軟件進行統(tǒng)計分析,結果表明:相比于其他顏色而言,男性認為穿紅色衣服的女性更有吸引力和性吸引力。然而紅色不會增加男性對女性的整體好感,也不會提高男性對其善良維度的評價。不僅這樣,相比其他顏色而言,男性更不愿意與穿紅色衣服的女性建立長期的伴侶關系,說明“紅色效應”只存在于短期關系中,而不適用于長期關系。文章除了證實了“紅色效應”的存在,還假設并檢驗了男性感知到的女性性開放程度在紅色與性吸引之間起到中介作用,即男性認為穿紅色衣服的女性更有性吸引力。被試自己也沒有意識到自己的判斷受到顏色的影響。這些實驗證明紅色作為一個潛在的卻有驚人力量的環(huán)境刺激,其對兩性關系的影響具有跨文化一致性。研究的結果對兩性交往有著重要的實踐意義,并且有可能對時尚顧問、服裝設計師和廣告商等有借鑒價值。
[Abstract]:In many non human primates, the female body appears red as a signal of sexual excitement, and this signal will attract male counterparts, so red can increase the attraction of the female to the male. Foreign studies have confirmed that this effect is the same in human beings. However, red color is of special significance in China, the article passes four real things. The test showed whether there was a cross cultural difference in the red effect in China. The experiment was designed to allow two groups of men to look at a picture of the same woman in different colors and complete a corresponding questionnaire. In Experiment 1, women wore red or white clothes to verify whether women in red were more likely to wear red clothes. It was attractive and more attractive; in Experiment 2, the contrast color was changed to black, and the evaluation range was extended from sexual attraction to the overall affinity for women. In Experiment 3, the contrast color was changed to blue, the evaluation of the good quality of women was added to the evaluation and whether men were willing to build women with the target. In Experiment 4, the contrast color was changed to green, and whether the sexual openness of men perceived by men was mediating in the "red sex attraction". The results of the experiment were analyzed by SPSS software. The results showed that men thought more women in red than in other colors. Attractiveness and sexual attraction. However, red does not increase the overall good sense of men on women, nor does it increase the men's assessment of their good dimensions. In this way, men are more reluctant to establish a long-term relationship with women in red clothes than other colors, indicating that the "red effect" exists only in short-term relationships, but not in the short term. In addition to confirming the existence of the "red effect", the article also hypothesized and tested the mediating effect of male perceived sexual openness between red and sexual attraction, that is, men think that women in red clothes are more attractive. These experiments prove that red as a potential but powerful environmental stimulus, its influence on gender relations is cross cultural. The results of the study have important practical significance for gender interaction and may be of reference to fashion consultants, fashion designers and advertisers.
