中韓合作企業(yè)人力資源網(wǎng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:網(wǎng)上招聘在我國目前逐漸成為廣大青年求職者的首選方式,并且在大中城市的普及率正逐年呈上升趨勢。在我國各類企業(yè)都具備上網(wǎng)條件,并且應(yīng)聘者也能很方便地上網(wǎng),通過人力資源網(wǎng)站進行人才招聘具有費用低、覆蓋面廣、廣告周期長、聯(lián)系快捷方便等優(yōu)點,并能夠給HR的管理和人才求職帶來很多方便。因此構(gòu)建針對企業(yè)和個人的人力資源網(wǎng)站具有非常重要的意義,該平臺是企業(yè)和人才雙向選擇的一個橋梁。 課題根據(jù)中韓國合作企業(yè)在人力資源管理上的要求,對中韓合作企業(yè)人力資源交流平臺的構(gòu)建方案進行了研究,該系統(tǒng)采用了LAMP的架構(gòu)將中韓企業(yè)中所有人才通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)和數(shù)據(jù)庫來進行統(tǒng)一管理和資源整合,使中韓國合作企業(yè)的人力資源管理實現(xiàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、科學(xué)化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、制度化、數(shù)字化,從而有效解決中韓國合作企業(yè)中人力資源管理相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的口徑不一致和分散存儲所造成的信息不兼容、不完整、以及共享和更新困難等問題,有效提高人力資源管理的效率。 論文首先對系統(tǒng)相關(guān)技術(shù)進行了介紹,包括PHP、MYSQL、AJAX、MVC等技術(shù);其次對中韓合作企業(yè)人力資源網(wǎng)的總體需求、功能需求和非功能需求進行了詳細(xì)的分析;然后根據(jù)需求分析提出了人力資源網(wǎng)的系統(tǒng)總體架構(gòu),該架構(gòu)使用了當(dāng)前流行的LAMP(Linux+Apache+MySQL+PHP)組合,接著論文對系統(tǒng)各功能模塊、數(shù)據(jù)庫的設(shè)計方法,,以及LAMP環(huán)境的配置進行了描述,并且在數(shù)據(jù)庫的設(shè)計上采用了E-R模型的設(shè)計方法來完成數(shù)據(jù)倉庫的構(gòu)建;最后論文對構(gòu)建的系統(tǒng)進行了測試,從而驗證了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計方案的可行性和可靠性。 在系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)過程中,課題按照軟件工程的開發(fā)步驟和思想,有效的完成了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計的目標(biāo),并且提供了一個互動式的人力資源管理平臺,實現(xiàn)了中韓合作企業(yè)全面的人力資源業(yè)務(wù)管理與開發(fā)。
[Abstract]:At present, online recruitment is becoming the first choice for young job seekers in China, and the popularization rate in large and medium-sized cities is increasing year by year. In our country, all kinds of enterprises have the conditions to access the Internet, and the candidates can also surf the Internet very conveniently. Recruiting talent through the human resources website has the advantages of low cost, wide coverage, long advertising period, quick and convenient contact, etc. And to HR management and talent to bring a lot of convenience. Therefore, it is of great significance to build a human resource website for enterprises and individuals, and the platform is a bridge for enterprises and talents to choose bidirectional. According to the requirements of Sino-Korean cooperative enterprises in human resource management, this paper studies the construction scheme of human resource exchange platform of Sino-Korean cooperative enterprises The system adopts the framework of LAMP to unify the management and resource integration of all the talents in the Chinese and Korean enterprises through the network and database, so that the human resource management of the Sino-Korean cooperative enterprises can be standardized, scientific, networked and institutionalized. In order to effectively solve the problems of incompatibility, incompleteness, sharing and updating of information caused by inconsistent caliber of human resources management related data and decentralized storage in Sino-Korean cooperative enterprises, Effectively improve the efficiency of human resources management. Firstly, the paper introduces the system technology, including PHP MySQL SQL Ajax MVC technology, and then analyzes the overall demand, functional demand and non-functional demand of Sino Korean cooperative enterprise human resource network. Then, according to the requirement analysis, the system architecture of human resource network is put forward, which uses the current popular LAMP(Linux Apache MySQL PHP combination, and then the design method of each function module and database of the system is presented in this paper. And the configuration of LAMP environment is described, and the design method of E-R model is used in database design to complete the construction of data warehouse. The feasibility and reliability of the system design scheme are verified. In the development process of the system, the subject according to the development steps and ideas of software engineering, effectively completed the goal of the system design, and provided an interactive human resources management platform, To achieve the full-scale management and development of human resources business in Sino-Korean cooperative enterprises.
