【摘要】:中國傳統(tǒng)文化源遠流長,具有豐富的內(nèi)涵,中國傳統(tǒng)視覺符號作為中國傳統(tǒng)文化的一個重要組成部分,富有深刻的含義和豐富多彩的視覺造型,對我國現(xiàn)代視覺設計尤其是商業(yè)標志設計的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了一定的影響。近年來,在房地產(chǎn)標志的設計中,中國傳統(tǒng)視覺符號作為重要的設計元素,不斷融入房地產(chǎn)標志設計之中,對于塑造房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)品牌形象,彰顯企業(yè)獨特個性,順應受眾不斷提高的審美需求有著重要的意義。 本文借鑒符號學、廣告學、營銷學等相關理論,首先對中國傳統(tǒng)視覺符號在房地產(chǎn)標志設計中的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行了概述。其次,通過剖析中國傳統(tǒng)視覺符號的內(nèi)涵及特征,對房地產(chǎn)標志潛在的商業(yè)價值和藝術特質(zhì)進行了認真分析,并結(jié)合筆者在房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)從事樓盤標志設計的實例及實踐感悟?qū)χ袊鴤鹘y(tǒng)視覺符號在房地產(chǎn)標志設計中的應用方式從“形、勢、意”三方面進行了較深入的研究。最后對傳統(tǒng)視覺符號在房地產(chǎn)品牌塑造中的意義與發(fā)展趨勢做了分析與探討。以期為優(yōu)化房地產(chǎn)標志設計、拓展創(chuàng)意思路、傳承中國傳統(tǒng)文化奠定理論與實踐基礎,為中國傳統(tǒng)視覺符號在房地產(chǎn)標志設計中的創(chuàng)新與探索,以及在設計實踐活動中的有效運用提供借鑒與參考。
[Abstract]:Chinese traditional culture has a long history and rich connotation. As an important part of Chinese traditional culture, Chinese traditional visual symbol is rich in profound meaning and colorful visual modeling. It has a certain influence on the development of modern visual design, especially commercial logo design in China. In recent years, in the design of real estate logo, Chinese traditional visual symbol, as an important design element, has been continuously integrated into the design of real estate logo, to mold the brand image of the real estate enterprise and to highlight the unique personality of the enterprise. It is of great significance to adapt to the increasing aesthetic demand of the audience. Based on the related theories of semiotics, advertising and marketing, this paper summarizes the development of Chinese traditional visual symbols in real estate logo design. Secondly, by analyzing the connotation and characteristics of Chinese traditional visual symbols, this paper makes a careful analysis of the potential commercial value and artistic characteristics of real estate signs. Combined with the author's practice and experience in real estate logo design, the author makes a deep research on the application of Chinese traditional visual symbols in real estate logo design from three aspects: "shape, potential, meaning". Finally, the significance and development trend of traditional visual symbols in real estate brand shaping are analyzed and discussed. In order to optimize the real estate logo design, expand creative ideas, inherit the traditional Chinese culture and lay a theoretical and practical foundation, for the Chinese traditional visual symbols in the real estate logo design innovation and exploration, And in the design practice of effective use to provide reference and reference.
