連鎖經(jīng)營的電子商務信息系統(tǒng)的應用研究與分析

【摘要】: 電子商務與連鎖經(jīng)營在我國現(xiàn)在發(fā)展都很迅猛,呈現(xiàn)出勃勃生機,但也都出現(xiàn)了各自的瓶頸和問題。影響電子商務發(fā)展的主要有三個方面:物流、信息流和資金流,而其中物流問題位居首位。由于在線購物增長和消費者期望值增加,已極大地增大B2C公司供貨系統(tǒng)的壓力,而延誤送貨最終將導致客戶喪失信任。如果物流配送問題不解決好,電子商務將難以深化發(fā)展。而傳統(tǒng)的連鎖企業(yè),尤其是連鎖零售業(yè),開設店面往往成本巨大,投資風險很高,需要做很多很煩瑣的調(diào)查工作。而且隨著店面和連鎖經(jīng)營范圍的擴大,信息收集與傳遞、指導控制力度和廣告宣傳等問題也會隨之成倍增加,造成風險的增大。而連鎖經(jīng)營與電子商務信息系統(tǒng)的結合,將使二者相互補充,成為一個有機的整體,并大大提高連鎖企業(yè)的信息化、網(wǎng)絡化程度,提升其核心競爭力。 本文需要先對國內(nèi)連鎖經(jīng)營企業(yè),,尤其是連鎖零售業(yè)和我國B2C的電子商務發(fā)展中遇到的瓶頸和相關問題進行解說和分析,找出各自不足的原因;而后結合連鎖經(jīng)營與電子商務各自的優(yōu)勢,采取優(yōu)勢互補,進行系統(tǒng)整合,探討基于連鎖企業(yè)的電子商務信息系統(tǒng)的應用與實現(xiàn),這其中包括技術的整合、經(jīng)營理念的改進,也包括組織結構的變革和管理思想的飛躍。接著文章列舉了國內(nèi)外在這方面的先進經(jīng)驗,結合典型范例,分析他們的成功原因和目前遇到的問題。而后,本文將詳細說明連鎖企業(yè)應用電子商務信息系統(tǒng)的可能模式,探討其實現(xiàn)的手段與方法,并且試著分析連鎖企業(yè)結合了電子商務信息系統(tǒng)后的組織結構形式變化與未來發(fā)展趨勢。最后文章重點討論了如何將應用系統(tǒng)設計出來,包括整體框架、UI設計、功能實現(xiàn)和后臺運作等等。這樣一來,經(jīng)過一系列循序漸進的研究分析和模型設計,最終形成一套完整系統(tǒng)的研究理論。
[Abstract]:E-commerce and chain operation are developing rapidly in our country, showing great vitality, but they all have their own bottlenecks and problems. There are three main aspects that affect the development of electronic commerce: logistics, information flow and capital flow. Growth in online shopping and rising consumer expectations have significantly increased the pressure on B2C's supply system, and delays in delivery will eventually lead to a loss of trust among customers. If the logistics distribution problem is not solved well, e-commerce will be difficult to deepen the development. The traditional chain enterprises, especially the retail chain, often have huge cost and high investment risk, so they need to do a lot of tedious investigation. With the expansion of storefront and chain management scope, information collection and transmission, guidance and control, advertising and other issues will increase exponentially, resulting in an increase in risk. The combination of chain operation and electronic commerce information system will make them complement each other, become an organic whole, and greatly improve the information and network degree of chain enterprises, and enhance their core competitiveness. This paper first needs to explain and analyze the bottlenecks and related problems encountered in the development of domestic chain business enterprises, especially the chain retail industry and B2C e-commerce, and find out the reasons for their shortcomings. Then combine the advantages of chain operation and electronic commerce, take advantage complementary, carry on system integration, discuss the application and realization of electronic commerce information system based on chain enterprise, which include technology integration, management idea improvement, It also includes the change of organizational structure and the leap of management thought. Then the article enumerates the domestic and foreign advanced experience in this aspect, unifies the typical example, analyzes their success reason and the question which meets at present. Then, this paper will explain in detail the possible mode of application of e-commerce information system in chain enterprises, and discuss the means and methods of its realization. And try to analyze the chain enterprises after the combination of e-commerce information system organizational structure changes and future trends. Finally, the paper discusses how to design the application system, including the overall framework UI design, functional implementation and background operation, and so on. As a result, through a series of gradual research analysis and model design, a complete system of research theory is finally formed.
