興業(yè)銀行長春分行“合寶”理財產(chǎn)品營銷策略研究

【摘要】:興業(yè)銀行長春分行作為一家股份制銀行的分支機(jī)構(gòu),通過四年的市場布局和組合營銷,在長春理財產(chǎn)品市場樹立了良好的品牌形象。2013年,興業(yè)銀行推出了“合寶”系列理財產(chǎn)品,“合寶”理財產(chǎn)品的基礎(chǔ)資產(chǎn)主要是興業(yè)銀行投資的債券、票據(jù)、非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)資產(chǎn)等!昂蠈殹崩碡敭a(chǎn)品的安全性好,,產(chǎn)品價格在市場上也具有一定的競爭力,但是由于流動性設(shè)計、投資人主體限制、市場推廣等諸多原因,長春分行“合寶”理財產(chǎn)品的銷量持續(xù)較低,銷售規(guī)模難以達(dá)到資產(chǎn)流轉(zhuǎn)和增加中間業(yè)務(wù)收入的目標(biāo),需要更科學(xué)有效的營銷策略來推動營銷,完成總行下達(dá)的30億元資產(chǎn)流轉(zhuǎn)計劃,進(jìn)一步拓展理財產(chǎn)品市場。 縱觀國內(nèi)理財產(chǎn)品市場,近年來全國理財產(chǎn)品市場呈現(xiàn)出一派繁榮景象:在寬松的資金、政策環(huán)境下,理財產(chǎn)品數(shù)量和銷售量再創(chuàng)新高,產(chǎn)品種類更加多樣化、投資者的需求持續(xù)旺盛,理財產(chǎn)品市場保持了良好的發(fā)展態(tài)勢。長春市作為省會城市,各大國有商業(yè)銀行和全國性的股份制銀行均在此設(shè)有網(wǎng)點(diǎn),同業(yè)競爭比較激烈;地方商業(yè)銀行也加快了理財產(chǎn)品的營銷推廣,在理財產(chǎn)品的市場份額連年提升,對興業(yè)銀行長春分行的理財產(chǎn)品市場形成了一定的沖擊。通過對興業(yè)銀行長春分行“合寶”理財產(chǎn)品的營銷環(huán)境進(jìn)行SWOT分析,總結(jié)出“合寶”理財產(chǎn)品在長春理財產(chǎn)品市場占有的優(yōu)勢、存在的劣勢、發(fā)展的機(jī)會和潛在的威脅。結(jié)合興業(yè)銀行長春分行“合寶”理財產(chǎn)品的營銷現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行診斷,發(fā)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)有營銷策略存在產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)化、定價機(jī)制不穩(wěn)定、銷售渠道尚未有效建立等問題。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文結(jié)合營銷管理及銀行營銷相關(guān)理論,提出了產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新策略,旨在解決產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)化問題;提出了以提升客戶讓渡價值為目標(biāo)的定價策略;提出了多渠道營銷策略  采取興業(yè)銀行直接銷售與合作銀行代理、網(wǎng)絡(luò)、自助渠道相結(jié)合的多渠道策略;以客戶為中心提出了廣告促銷、公關(guān)營銷、營業(yè)推廣營銷、人員營銷及網(wǎng)絡(luò)營銷等多樣化的促銷策略; 為了確保新的營銷策略能夠順利實施,需要制定一系列的營銷策略實施保障措施。包括以規(guī)避市場風(fēng)險、信用風(fēng)險、法律風(fēng)險、操作風(fēng)險為主的風(fēng)險管控措施;通過加強(qiáng)銷售培訓(xùn)、建設(shè)團(tuán)隊溝通渠道及強(qiáng)化過程管理來實現(xiàn)營銷團(tuán)隊的建設(shè)及管控,采取物質(zhì)激勵與精神激勵相結(jié)合、為員工制定職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展規(guī)劃及個性化的激勵機(jī)制等方式對激勵機(jī)制進(jìn)行完善,通過系統(tǒng)規(guī)范、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化操作和嚴(yán)格評價考核建立完善的控制體系,最后構(gòu)建成興業(yè)銀行長春分行“合寶”理財產(chǎn)品新的營銷體系。 在這樣的背景下,本文將以如何實現(xiàn)“合寶”理財產(chǎn)品的有效營銷為立足點(diǎn),從宏觀角度分析“合寶”理財產(chǎn)品所處的市場環(huán)境,從微觀角度研究“合寶”理財產(chǎn)品營銷策略,以期完善投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)“資產(chǎn)選擇----資產(chǎn)投資----資產(chǎn)流轉(zhuǎn)----資產(chǎn)管理”全流程角色,打造興業(yè)投行品牌。
[Abstract]:As a branch of a joint - stock bank , ChangChun Branch of Xingye Bank has set up a good brand image in Changchun Institute of Finance and Finance through four - year market layout and combined marketing . In 2013 , it launched a series of wealth management products , such as bonds , instruments , non - standard assets , etc .

In view of domestic financial product market , in recent years the national wealth management product market has shown a flourishing scene : under the loose capital and the policy environment , the quantity and sales volume of the financial products are high , the varieties of the products are more diversified , the demand of the investors is continued to thrive , and the financial product market keeps a good development trend . Changchun is a provincial capital city . All big countries have commercial banks and national stock - stock banks have outlets , and the competition of the same industry is relatively fierce ;
The local commercial banks have also accelerated the marketing promotion of wealth management products , and have formed a certain impact on the market share of the wealth management products . By SWOT analysis of the marketing environment of the Changchun Branch of Xingkai Bank , the article sums up the advantages , disadvantages , opportunities and potential threats of the wealth management products in Changchun Branch .
The pricing strategy is put forward to improve the customer ' s transfer value .
