【摘要】：電影，作為一種聲影結(jié)合、富有美感的藝術形式，自問世以來深受廣大電影受眾的喜愛，同時也以其豐富的文化內(nèi)涵為中外文化交流做出了巨大貢獻。隨著我國國際地位的不斷提高和國內(nèi)電影業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展，中國電影市場已經(jīng)成為了好萊塢第二戰(zhàn)場。電影片名，作為電影的靈魂和廣告標語，向觀眾傳遞著最重要的影視信息。一個出色的、有感召力的電影片名不僅能夠表達信息、傳遞美感，更重要的是能夠激發(fā)人們的觀影興趣。因此，電影片名翻譯的質(zhì)量直接影響到電影的宣傳和票房。目前，雖然我國影視翻譯研究取得了一定成績，，但對英文電影片名翻譯的研究卻沒有跟上時代發(fā)展和人們不斷變化的欣賞水平，甚至良莠不齊的電影譯名已經(jīng)對我國電影市場造成了負面影響。所以，對英文電影片名翻譯的研究具有一定現(xiàn)實意義。 與傳統(tǒng)的文學作品翻譯不同，電影產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展和電影片名的特殊商業(yè)屬性決定了電影片名翻譯不能停留在翻譯行為本身。傳統(tǒng)的等值翻譯理論已經(jīng)不再完全適用于電影片名翻譯。因此，電影片名翻譯迫切需要適合的翻譯理論來作其指導。 以目的論為核心的德國功能翻譯理論擺脫了傳統(tǒng)等值翻譯理論的束縛，提出翻譯行為是在特殊的環(huán)境下，為達到特定目的而進行的復雜的跨文化交際活動，強調(diào)翻譯策略和翻譯方法必須由譯文的預期目的和預期功能來決定。顯然，德國功能翻譯理論為目的性較強的英文電影片名翻譯提供了全新的視角。 作者嘗試以功能翻譯理論為指導，對英文電影片名翻譯進行研究。根據(jù)功能翻譯理論的翻譯行為說，電影片名翻譯是以吸引觀眾，實現(xiàn)票房為最終目的而進行的復雜的跨文化交際行為，這一最終目的的實現(xiàn)是建立在滿足電影譯名的預期功能基礎上的。因此，作者從電影譯名應實現(xiàn)的信息、表達、審美和商業(yè)四個功能入手，探討英文電影片名翻譯問題。作者認為在以目的語文化為導向的功能翻譯理論指導下，譯者在翻譯過程中應充分考慮到目的語觀眾的審美情趣、信息需求、文化背景，并注重譯文的可接受性，大力提倡以目的語觀眾為取向的電影名翻譯策略。 本文以功能翻譯理論為理論框架貫穿始終，分析其主要理論特點，將其精髓運用到英語電影片名翻譯。通過具體譯例分析，努力探索歸納實用、有效的翻譯策略，以期對現(xiàn)行的英文電影片名翻譯起到積極促進作用，同時也佐證了德國功能翻譯理論對指導英文電影片名翻譯實踐的重要意義。 全文共分為五部分。第一部分介紹了文章的研究問題、動機、方法、手段和結(jié)構(gòu)。第二部分綜述了電影的分類、電影片名的特點和功能,并回顧了目前國內(nèi)功能翻譯理論研究的狀況和我國電影片名翻譯研究的現(xiàn)狀。第三部分研究了功能翻譯理論產(chǎn)生的背景、理論基礎、概念內(nèi)涵，并分析總結(jié)了其相比較于傳統(tǒng)翻譯理論的優(yōu)勢。第四部分是本文重點，把功能翻譯理論應用到電影片名翻譯實踐，歸納英文電影片名翻譯的原則與特點，總結(jié)了英文電影片名翻譯的最終目的；探討實現(xiàn)電影譯名四個預期功能的翻譯策略并提出建議；最后以功能翻譯理論的視角實例分析了電影片名翻譯的常用方法及適用范圍。第五部分是總結(jié)，重申本文的觀點并指出其局限性。
[Abstract]:The film , as an artistic form of sound image and aesthetic feeling , has been deeply loved by many film audiences since the advent of the world , and has made great contributions to the cultural exchange between China and foreign countries since the advent of the world .

Unlike the traditional translation of literary works , the development of film industrialization and the special business attributes of the film title determine that the translation of the film title cannot stay in the translation behavior itself . The traditional equivalence translation theory is no longer fully applicable to the movie title translation . Therefore , the translation of the movie title is urgently needed to be guided by the appropriate translation theory .

The theory of translation strategies and translation must be decided by the intended purpose and expected function of the translation . It is clear that the German function translation theory provides a brand - new perspective for the translation of English movie title .

The author tries to study the translation of English movie title by using the theory of functional translation . According to the translation behavior of functional translation theory , the translation of movie title is based on the information , expression , aesthetic and commercial functions .

Based on the theory of functional translation , this paper analyzes its main theoretical characteristics and applies its essence to English movie title translation . Through the analysis of the specific translation examples , the author tries to explore the practical and effective translation strategies , with a view to promoting the translation of the current English movie title , and also proves the significance of the German function translation theory in guiding the translation practice of English movie title .

The thesis is divided into five parts . The first part introduces the research problems , the motive , the methods , the means and the structure of the article . The second part reviews the classification of the film , the features and functions of the film title , and reviews the current situation of the research on the translation theory of the functional translation and the current situation of the research on the translation of the film title in our country . The third part studies the background , the theoretical foundation and the concept connotation of the functional translation theory . The fourth part is to apply the functional translation theory to the translation practice of the film title , to summarize the principles and characteristics of the translation of the English movie title , and summarize the final aim of the English film title translation .
To explore the translation strategies of four expected functions of film translation and make suggestions ;
Finally , the paper analyzes the common methods and the applicable scope of the film title translation from the perspective of functional translation theory . The fifth part is the summary , and points out its limitations .
