【摘要】：正實現"簡,而未減"的產品或服務流程設計。"簡,而未減"是蘋果iP ad Mini幾年前的廣告文案,一時間簡約設計蔚然成風。然而如何簡化設計而不減損顧客價值,卻是各企業(yè)秘而不宣的黑盒子。作為國際創(chuàng)新領域的重要方法,TRIZ針對這個問題能夠提供兩項利器:功能模型分析及裁減規(guī)則。借助這兩個工具,企業(yè)界可以思考并實現"簡,而未減"的產品或服務流程設計。
[Abstract]:The design of a product or service process that is "simple, not reduced" is the ad copy of Apple's IP ad Mini a few years ago, and minimalist design becomes a fashion in a single time. However, how to simplify design without compromising customer value, As an important method in the field of international innovation, Triz can provide two powerful tools for solving this problem: functional model analysis and reduction rules. With these two tools, the business community can think and realize "Jane," Without minus "the design of the product or service flow."
