【摘要】：簡·雅各布斯在《美國城市的生與死》中曾這樣說：“試想,當(dāng)你想到一個(gè)城市時(shí),你腦中出現(xiàn)的是什么?是街道。如果一個(gè)城市的街道看上去很有意思,那么這個(gè)城市也會(huì)顯得有意思,如果一個(gè)城市的街道看上去很單調(diào)乏味,那么這個(gè)城市也會(huì)非常乏味單調(diào)。”故而本文以城市街道空間整體界面景觀為研究對(duì)象,在城市化進(jìn)程迅猛,城市規(guī)模不斷更新擴(kuò)張；全國范圍舊城更新和改造的大趨勢下,從我國大多數(shù)城市街道都存在著街道空間尺度擁擠、街道環(huán)境重車不重人、街道立面缺乏個(gè)性,千街一面、街道設(shè)施不健全、缺乏公共活動(dòng)場所等一系列破壞街道整體景觀環(huán)境的問題出發(fā)。對(duì)形成問題的原因做了探究,并分析論證了界面景觀對(duì)街道景觀環(huán)境及城市整體風(fēng)貌有著積極地作用。 首先,論文在回顧城市街道的形成、發(fā)展前提條件下,對(duì)“街道”“空間”“界面”等重要概念及其關(guān)系進(jìn)行了闡釋與界定,按照街道的城市職能和構(gòu)成要素將街道空間界面分為底界面、側(cè)界面、廣告界面。并從街道整體界面景觀營造的角度出發(fā),嘗試分析三界面與地域文化和自然環(huán)境之間的相互融入與滲透；其次作者有針對(duì)性的西安“長安路”、“雁塔路”“南大街”“書院門”街道景觀現(xiàn)狀的低劣與優(yōu)良進(jìn)行了深入調(diào)研�？偨Y(jié)了現(xiàn)狀街道的機(jī)動(dòng)車道的是越來越寬,人行道路幾乎無法生存,失去了人們在街上那種豐富多彩的生活場景；建筑只重視單體的建設(shè),街道上的每個(gè)獨(dú)立的建筑都有著凸顯的個(gè)性,毫無與周圍環(huán)境相融合意思。以至于街道空間形成了有界面無景觀,街道空間環(huán)境景觀單調(diào)、乏味；缺乏整體感,人性化。并且分析匯總了對(duì)營造城市街道整體界面景觀起積極作用的關(guān)鍵因素；最后在理論研究和調(diào)研分析的基礎(chǔ)上以“雁塔南路”為借鑒,以作者參與的“咸陽迎賓大道街景改造設(shè)計(jì)”為實(shí)踐,使本文的研究在設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐中得到充分檢驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:Jane Jacobs, in Life and death of American cities, said, "imagine what happens to you when you think of a city." It's the streets. If the streets of a city look interesting, then the city looks interesting, too, and if the streets of a city look boring, Then the city will also be very boring and monotonous. "so this paper takes the whole landscape of the urban street space as the research object. In the rapid process of urbanization, the scale of the city is constantly updated and expanded; under the general trend of the renewal and transformation of the old cities across the country, From most urban streets in our country, the street space scale is crowded, the street environment is heavy traffic is not heavy, the street facade lacks the individuality, the thousand streets have one side, the street facilities are not perfect. Starting from a series of problems that destroy the whole landscape environment of street, such as lack of public activity places, this paper probes into the causes of the problems, and analyzes and proves that the interface landscape plays a positive role in the street landscape environment and the overall landscape of the city. First of all, under the condition of reviewing the formation and development of urban streets, the paper explains and defines the important concepts and their relations, such as "street", "space" and "interface". According to the city function and composition of the street, the street space interface is divided into the bottom interface, the side interface and the advertising interface. Try to analyze the integration and infiltration between the three interfaces, regional culture and natural environment; Secondly, the author has carried on the thorough investigation and the thorough investigation to the Xi'an "Chang'an Road", "the Wild Goose Pagoda Road", "the South Street" and "the Shuyangmen" street landscape present situation, has summarized the present situation street's motor-driven lane is more and more wide, The pedestrian road is almost impossible to survive, losing the rich and colorful life scene of people on the street. Architecture only attaches importance to the building of the individual, and every independent building on the street has a prominent personality. No sense of integration with the surrounding environment. And analyze and summarize the key factors that play a positive role in creating the whole urban street interface landscape; finally, on the basis of theoretical research and research and analysis, "South Yanta Road" as a reference, Taking the design of Street View of Yingbin Avenue in Xianyang as the practice, the research of this paper has been fully tested in the design practice.
