【摘要】：隨著移動3G網(wǎng)絡(luò)和智能手機(jī)的發(fā)展,手機(jī)短信的內(nèi)容從僅限于文字、或文本性質(zhì)的特殊符號,發(fā)展到聲音、圖片、視頻等多媒體信息。作為備受爭議的“第五媒體”,手機(jī)短信具有穩(wěn)定的到達(dá)率、高效的瀏覽率、低廉的廣告價格、快速的時效性等優(yōu)點(diǎn),因此,在企業(yè)信息化快速發(fā)展的今天,短信作為客戶服務(wù)的輔助手段仍然在大小企業(yè)中廣泛使用。 本課題研究的短信平臺是為了滿足泉州市煙草公司的業(yè)務(wù)需求而產(chǎn)生的。雖然近幾年煙草公司在信息化建設(shè)上花費(fèi)了大量的投資,但是在客戶溝通、內(nèi)部通知、故障預(yù)警等方面還存在不足之處,因此,需要構(gòu)建一個靈活、便捷、高效的短信平臺,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)內(nèi)部、企業(yè)與零售戶、企業(yè)與消費(fèi)者之間的短信互動,為企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)擴(kuò)展提供新的途徑。 本課題運(yùn)用軟件工程的管理方法,首先詳細(xì)分析了用戶需求、系統(tǒng)功能需求和非功能性需求；其次考慮到系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的實(shí)用性、可靠性、高性能、可擴(kuò)展性、可維護(hù)性五個設(shè)計(jì)原則,采用目前流行的J2EE技術(shù)框架,結(jié)合Oracle關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫軟件,完成短信平臺的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)；最后,利用黑盒測試原則,對系統(tǒng)的功能模塊進(jìn)行測試驗(yàn)證。最終設(shè)計(jì)并完成了一個適應(yīng)煙草業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展需要、豐富客戶溝通渠道、提高企業(yè)服務(wù)水平的短信平臺,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)自動短信和人工短信的發(fā)送,提高企業(yè)工作效率、降低服務(wù)成本。
[Abstract]:With the development of mobile 3G network and smart phone, the content of SMS has developed from text only, or special symbols of text nature, to sound and picture. Video and other multimedia information. As a controversial "5th media", mobile phone SMS has the advantages of stable arrival rate, efficient browsing rate, low advertising price, fast timeliness and so on. Therefore, with the rapid development of enterprise information technology today, SMS is still widely used in large and small enterprises as an auxiliary means of customer service. The short message platform studied in this paper is produced to meet the business needs of Quanzhou Tobacco Company. Although tobacco companies have spent a lot of money on information construction in recent years, they communicate with customers and notify them internally. Therefore, it is necessary to build a flexible, convenient and efficient short message platform to realize the short message interaction within the enterprise, between the enterprise and the retail household, between the enterprise and the consumer. To provide a new way for the business expansion of enterprises. In this paper, the management method of software engineering is used to analyze the user requirements, system functional requirements and non-functional requirements in detail, and then to consider the practicability, reliability, high performance and expansibility of the system development. Five design principles of maintainability are adopted, which adopt the current popular J2EE technology framework and Oracle relational database software to complete the design and implementation of short message platform. Finally, the black box test principle is used. Finally, it designed and completed a short message platform to meet the needs of tobacco business development, enrich customer communication channels and improve the service level of enterprises. In order to achieve the system automatic SMS and manual SMS send, improve the efficiency of enterprises, reduce service costs.
