【摘要】： 隨著國民經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,數(shù)字創(chuàng)意行業(yè)隨之興起并迅速發(fā)展,成為國民經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和經(jīng)濟增長方式轉(zhuǎn)變的新引擎,獲得了國家的極度重視。數(shù)字創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)支撐平臺的建設(shè),能夠很好的滿足數(shù)字動漫,數(shù)字影視,新媒體等行業(yè)的共性技術(shù)需求,整合多方研究機構(gòu)和數(shù)字創(chuàng)意企業(yè)的資源,指導(dǎo)內(nèi)容產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上創(chuàng)意、設(shè)計、開發(fā)、存儲、傳輸、外包、經(jīng)營、服務(wù)協(xié)同等工作,有助于數(shù)字創(chuàng)意的健康迅速發(fā)展,促進產(chǎn)業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。 本課題是廣東省科技廳“面向行業(yè)的數(shù)字創(chuàng)意公共技術(shù)支撐平臺”項目的一部分,基于數(shù)字創(chuàng)意公共技術(shù)支撐平臺網(wǎng)站的需求,展開對數(shù)字創(chuàng)意媒體內(nèi)容運營服務(wù)系統(tǒng)研究。在對數(shù)字創(chuàng)意公共技術(shù)支撐平臺網(wǎng)站需要哪些運營服務(wù)進行深入研究的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了數(shù)字創(chuàng)意媒體內(nèi)容運營服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的主要內(nèi)容,包括:針對不同終端用戶的認證和個性化服務(wù);用戶行為建模和個性化查詢服務(wù);服務(wù)計費與結(jié)算;數(shù)字媒體內(nèi)容的點播、下載等服務(wù);分發(fā)、推送以及廣告,監(jiān)控,統(tǒng)計等相應(yīng)的附加服務(wù)。針對這些運營服務(wù),將系統(tǒng)分為六個功能子模塊即:用戶管理服務(wù)功能模塊、廣告管理模塊、統(tǒng)計模塊、計費與結(jié)算模塊、升級服務(wù)模塊系統(tǒng)管理模塊。本文中給出了系統(tǒng)的功能模塊設(shè)計、數(shù)據(jù)邏輯模型、軟件功能結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計和系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)及測試。本系統(tǒng)使用Eclipse 3.2 + MyEclipse7.0作為系統(tǒng)開發(fā)平臺,前臺頁面采用JSP技術(shù)實現(xiàn),后臺在Java1.6的環(huán)境下采用Struts + Spring框架進行開發(fā)。 本系統(tǒng)以“面向行業(yè)的數(shù)字創(chuàng)意公共技術(shù)支持平臺”為依托,可以在面向數(shù)字創(chuàng)意媒體服務(wù)發(fā)布和享受需求的基礎(chǔ)上,還要能夠提供信息交互的能力,使服務(wù)也能夠以互動形式進行。從而為數(shù)字創(chuàng)意公共服務(wù)門戶網(wǎng)站提供一個有效的運營服務(wù)及管理機制,促進廣東省數(shù)字創(chuàng)意媒體產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,提高產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)和生產(chǎn)效率。

Can meet the common technical needs of digital animation, digital film and television, new media and other industries, integrate the resources of various research institutions and digital creative enterprises, guide the creativity, design, development, storage, transmission, outsourcing in the content industry chain, Management, service cooperation and other work, conducive to the healthy and rapid development of digital creativity, promote industrial production efficiency and product quality. This project is part of the project of "Digital Creative Public Technology support platform for Industry" of Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Department, which is based on the demand of digital creative public technology support platform website. In the digital creative media content operation service system research. On the basis of digital creative public technology support platform website needs which operation services in-depth research, The main contents of the digital creative media content operation service system are put forward, including: authentication and personalized service for different end users; user behavior modeling and personalized query service; service billing and settlement; digital media content on demand. Download and other services; distribution, push and advertising, monitoring, statistics and other related additional services. In view of these operational services, the system is divided into six functional submodules: user management service module, advertising management module, statistics module, Billing and settlement module, upgrade service module system management module. This paper gives the system function module design, data logic model, This system uses Eclipse 3.2 MyEclipse7.0 as the system development platform, the front page is realized by JSP technology, and the background is developed by Struts Spring framework in the Java1.6 environment. Based on the "industry-oriented digital creative public technology support platform", the system can provide the ability of information interaction on the basis of the publication and enjoyment of digital creative media services. In order to provide an effective operation service and management mechanism for the digital creative public service portal, to promote the development of the digital creative media industry in Guangdong Province, and to improve the product quality and production efficiency.
