【摘要】： 石油井下作業(yè)是石油和天然氣開發(fā)中十分重要的一個環(huán)節(jié)。國外著名的斯侖貝謝公司、Dowell公司等井下作業(yè)公司已經(jīng)進入中國各大油田市場,向國內(nèi)各大石油公司提供井下作業(yè)服務。這些國外公司的中國分部充分依靠科學技術(shù)和信息技術(shù),不斷改進和開發(fā)性能更加優(yōu)良的井下工具和作業(yè)新技術(shù),利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)布技術(shù)信息和制作電子廣告宣傳,提高其知名度和影響力,越來越大地占有了井下技術(shù)服務的市場份額。在此形勢下,我國井下作業(yè)行業(yè)的生產(chǎn)管理必須大力推行信息化建設進程,努力提供出一流的產(chǎn)品和優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務,才能在激烈的市場競爭中擁有一席之地。 本文針對我國井下作業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理的現(xiàn)狀,研究比較了我國井下作業(yè)行業(yè)現(xiàn)行的生產(chǎn)管理模式與西方先進的思想和方法的差距,分析我國井下作業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理中存在的問題,結(jié)合新疆井下公司的實際,引入ERP管理思想,提出建立基于ERP理念的生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng),并通過一年的運行,取得較好的效果。 通過對井下作業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)開發(fā)和與應用的研究,得出以下結(jié)論: ①分析比較國內(nèi)外井下作業(yè)行業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,查找新疆井下公司存在的差距,新疆井下公司應建立基于ERP理念的生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng),才能解決生產(chǎn)管理中存在的突出問題,實現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)管理的預期目的; ②通過對新疆井下公司的組織結(jié)構(gòu)、生產(chǎn)管理的特點、生產(chǎn)管理存在問題等進行分析,總結(jié)出新疆井下公司建設基于ERP理念的生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的需求; ③在對新疆井下生產(chǎn)管理現(xiàn)狀分析的基礎上,結(jié)合國外先進的ERP管理理論,從建立生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的目標、系統(tǒng)總體結(jié)構(gòu)、項目管理組織結(jié)構(gòu)、系統(tǒng)設計方法和設計思路、生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)功能結(jié)構(gòu)、生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)與相關管理系統(tǒng)接口的相互支持等方面設計了井下作業(yè)公司基于ERP理念的生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng); ④對事關生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)成敗的生產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務流程優(yōu)化、生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)與相關管理系統(tǒng)接口與相互支持、定額標準的確定與持續(xù)改進等三個問題重點進行分析研究,使得生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)不僅體現(xiàn)以規(guī)范化、數(shù)字化、集成化管理為基礎,實現(xiàn)對企業(yè)供應鏈的有效管理的ERP核心管理思想,更能為公司生產(chǎn)管理提供更加有力的支持; ⑤對井下公司生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)實施方式、實施總體方案進行研究部署,確保了系統(tǒng)順利實施,通過近一年的實施,取得了較好的效果,證明該體系的設計是合理、可行的。
[Abstract]:Oil downhole operation is a very important link in oil and natural gas development. The famous downhole operation companies such as Schlumberger Company and Dowell Company have already entered the market of major oil fields in China. Providing downhole operation services to major domestic oil companies. The Chinese branches of these foreign companies rely fully on science and technology and information technology to continuously improve and develop better downhole tools and new operating technologies, Using the Internet to publish technical information and produce electronic advertising to improve its popularity and influence, has increasingly occupied the market share of underground technical services. In order to have a place in the fierce market competition, the production management of the underground operation industry of our country must vigorously carry out the process of information construction, and make great efforts to provide first-class products and high quality services. In view of the present situation of underground production management in China, this paper studies and compares the gap between the current production management mode of underground operation industry in our country and the advanced ideas and methods in western countries, and analyzes the problems existing in the production management of underground operation in our country. Combined with the actual situation of Xinjiang downhole company and introducing the idea of ERP management, a production management system based on the idea of ERP is put forward, and a good result is obtained through the operation of one year. Through the research on the development and application of downhole production management system, the following conclusions are drawn:. The main contents are as follows: (1) analyzing and comparing the present situation and existing problems of production management in underground operation industry at home and abroad, finding out the gap existing in Xinjiang downhole company, Xinjiang downhole company should establish production management system based on ERP concept. In order to solve the outstanding problems in production management, achieve the expected purpose of production management; (2) by analyzing the organization structure, the characteristics of production management and the existing problems of production management in Xinjiang downhole company, the demand of constructing production management system based on ERP concept in Xinjiang downhole company is summarized. 3 based on the analysis of the present situation of production management in Xinjiang, combined with the advanced ERP management theory of foreign countries, from the goal of establishing the production management system, the overall structure of the system, the project management organization structure, the system design method and the design idea. The function structure of the production management system and the mutual support between the production management system and the related management system are designed. The production management system based on the concept of ERP is designed for the downhole operation company. (4) analyzing and studying three problems, which are the optimization of production management business process, the interface and mutual support between the production management system and the related management system, the determination and continuous improvement of the quota standard, and the analysis and research on the three problems, which are related to the success or failure of the production management system. The production management system not only embodies the core management idea of ERP, which is based on standardized, digital and integrated management, but also can provide more effective support for the production management of the company. (5) the research and deployment of the implementation mode and the overall scheme of the production management system of the downhole company are carried out to ensure the smooth implementation of the system. Through the implementation of the system for nearly one year, good results have been obtained, which proves that the design of the system is reasonable and feasible.
