【摘要】:今天,高度的工業(yè)化和后工業(yè)化已經(jīng)使人類進(jìn)入了設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)代,大部分時(shí)間,我們所做的是設(shè)計(jì),因?yàn)樵O(shè)計(jì)是人類所有活動(dòng)的基礎(chǔ)。如果人類是個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)師,那么這個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)師的工作則在于幫助形成秩序的生活管理。 對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行管理早在20世紀(jì)中期的一些發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家就已經(jīng)開始受到重視,如英國(guó)和日本。設(shè)計(jì)管理作為一門新興學(xué)科的出現(xiàn)是現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的必然結(jié)果。中國(guó)最先對(duì)設(shè)設(shè)計(jì)管理進(jìn)行研究的學(xué)科是工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì),海爾、美的等多家大中型企業(yè)已經(jīng)參與到設(shè)計(jì)管理的研究和運(yùn)用領(lǐng)域。廣告設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)隨著國(guó)際4A廣告公司的進(jìn)入,本土廣告業(yè)的設(shè)計(jì)管理流程不斷成長(zhǎng)和成熟,但是一些中小企業(yè)與國(guó)際4A公司的每個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)的所有環(huán)節(jié)都被量化等先進(jìn)的工作模式方面還有很大差距,而且也存在著相當(dāng)一部分“超級(jí)個(gè)體”的存在,他們喜歡獨(dú)立作業(yè)。 中國(guó)的工業(yè)化程度還處于中期階段,極大地限制了設(shè)計(jì)等相關(guān)行業(yè)和學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展。我國(guó)雖然對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)管理的研究開展的相對(duì)較晚,但是目前對(duì)這一領(lǐng)域研究的重視程度越來(lái)越高。2006年“D2B——第一屆國(guó)際設(shè)計(jì)管理高峰會(huì)”在上海召開,標(biāo)志著中國(guó)設(shè)計(jì)管理研究新的里程碑。中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展為設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)和設(shè)計(jì)管理行業(yè)提供了前所未有的機(jī)遇,2010年11月5日,清華大學(xué)藝術(shù)與科學(xué)研究中心設(shè)計(jì)管理研究所在京宣布成立,研究所將會(huì)對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)管理做最前沿的探索,并進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)產(chǎn)學(xué)研的交流,為“中國(guó)制造向中國(guó)創(chuàng)造”提供從學(xué)術(shù)研究到產(chǎn)業(yè)實(shí)踐的探索!2011清華—DMI國(guó)際設(shè)計(jì)管理大會(huì)”在香港舉行,大會(huì)以“設(shè)計(jì)管理——?jiǎng)?chuàng)領(lǐng)未來(lái)”為主題,圍繞國(guó)內(nèi)外產(chǎn)業(yè)與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的前沿趨勢(shì),重點(diǎn)討論了中國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)的演變歷程,設(shè)計(jì)管理以及創(chuàng)新策略在成功企業(yè)中的突出貢獻(xiàn)。 文章研究了國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)組織如青蛙、IDEO、奧美等公司,以及國(guó)內(nèi)大型企業(yè)的工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)部門的管理現(xiàn)狀,以及當(dāng)前設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目的管理問題,并通過(guò)在設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目中項(xiàng)目管理的運(yùn)用實(shí)踐,總結(jié)并探討了項(xiàng)目管理如何在設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目中行之有效的運(yùn)用,及其未來(lái)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),指出:設(shè)計(jì)需要管理,管理需要設(shè)計(jì),隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化進(jìn)程,中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)與世界的全面接軌,以及中國(guó)企業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型中,對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)的管理的必然將起著越來(lái)越重要的作用。
[Abstract]:Today, high levels of industrialization and post-industrialization have brought mankind into the design age, and most of the time, what we do is design, because design is the basis of all human activities. If humanity is a designer. Well, the designer's job is to help form an orderly life management. Management of design as early as the middle of 20th century in some developed countries have begun to receive attention. For example, in England and Japan, the emergence of design management as a new discipline is the inevitable result of modern economic development. The first subject to study design management in China is industrial design, Haier. Midea and other large and medium-sized enterprises have been involved in the research and application of design management. With the entry of international 4A advertising companies, the design management process of local advertising industry continues to grow and mature. However, there is still a big gap between some small and medium-sized enterprises and the international 4A company in which all the links of each business are quantified and other advanced work models, and there is also a considerable number of "super individuals". They like to work independently. The degree of industrialization in China is still in the middle stage, which greatly limits the development of related industries and academic fields such as design. Although the research on design management is relatively late in China. In 2006, "D2B- the first International Design Management Summit" was held in Shanghai. It marks a new milestone in the research of design management in China. The rapid development of Chinese economy provides an unprecedented opportunity for the design industry and the design management industry in November 5th 2010. The Institute of Design and Management, Center for Art and Science Research, Tsinghua University, has been established in Beijing. The institute will explore the design management in the forefront and further promote the exchange of industry, education and research. "made in China to create in China" provides an exploration from academic research to industrial practice. "2011 Tsinghua DMI International Design Management Conference" held in Hong Kong. Under the theme of "Design Management-creating the Future", the conference focused on the evolution of Chinese industry around the frontier trend of industrial and economic development at home and abroad. The outstanding contribution of design management and innovation strategy in successful enterprises. This paper studies the management status of the industrial design departments of advanced design organizations at home and abroad, such as Frog IDEO, Ogilvy, and large domestic enterprises, as well as the management problems of the current design projects. Through the practice of project management in the design project, this paper summarizes and discusses how the project management can be used effectively in the design project and its future development trend, and points out that the design needs management. Management needs design. With the process of global economic integration, the overall integration of Chinese economy with the world, and the transformation of Chinese enterprises, the management of design will play a more and more important role.
