【摘要】：隨著語(yǔ)料庫(kù)語(yǔ)言學(xué)的興起,詞串越來(lái)越引起學(xué)者們的關(guān)注,這是因?yàn)樵~串對(duì)語(yǔ)言產(chǎn)出的流暢性和準(zhǔn)確性非常重要,尤其在學(xué)術(shù)寫(xiě)作方面。Biber et al.(1999)認(rèn)為,詞串是由三個(gè)或三個(gè)以上詞語(yǔ)構(gòu)成的復(fù)現(xiàn)序列。詞串無(wú)論是國(guó)外還是國(guó)內(nèi),過(guò)去的研究大多關(guān)注本族語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)者的詞串使用,或不同語(yǔ)域中詞串的對(duì)比研究,或?qū)W習(xí)者與專家詞串使用的對(duì)比研究(Biber et al.1999;Cortes 2004;BiberBarbiber 2007)。關(guān)于中國(guó)研究生與本族語(yǔ)研究生英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言學(xué)碩士論文中詞串的對(duì)比研究甚是少見(jiàn)。本研究基于語(yǔ)料庫(kù)的研究方法,通過(guò)中國(guó)研究生與本族語(yǔ)研究生英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言學(xué)碩士論文中詞串的對(duì)比分析來(lái)分析他們?cè)谒脑~詞串使用的相同點(diǎn)和不同點(diǎn)。由于很多三詞詞串包含在了四詞詞串中,并且五詞詞串甚至更多詞的詞串使用遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)少于四詞詞串,本研究選用四詞詞串作為研究目標(biāo)。在本研究中,建立了兩個(gè)有關(guān)英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言學(xué)碩士論文的語(yǔ)料庫(kù)。一個(gè)語(yǔ)料庫(kù)是中國(guó)英語(yǔ)研究生碩士論文的語(yǔ)料庫(kù)簡(jiǎn)稱為CPC,另外一個(gè)語(yǔ)料庫(kù)是本族語(yǔ)研究生碩士論文語(yǔ)料庫(kù)簡(jiǎn)稱為NPC。語(yǔ)料庫(kù)CPC中包含80篇碩士論文,收集于CNK。語(yǔ)料庫(kù)NPC中包含72篇碩士論文,收集于ProQuest。兩個(gè)語(yǔ)料庫(kù)各有約一百四十萬(wàn)字并且在Antconc的幫助下兩個(gè)語(yǔ)料庫(kù)中的四詞詞串都被確認(rèn)出來(lái)。根據(jù)Biber(1999)對(duì)詞串的定義及結(jié)構(gòu)分類和Biber(2004)的功能分類,從頻率分布、結(jié)構(gòu)和功能三個(gè)方面對(duì)兩個(gè)語(yǔ)料庫(kù)中的四次詞串進(jìn)行了定性和定量的對(duì)比分析。本研究主要探究以下幾個(gè)問(wèn)題:1)兩個(gè)語(yǔ)料庫(kù)中的四詞詞串頻率分布如何?2)兩個(gè)語(yǔ)料庫(kù)中,四詞詞串在結(jié)構(gòu)和功能上各有什么特點(diǎn)?3)兩個(gè)語(yǔ)料庫(kù)中,四詞詞串在結(jié)構(gòu)和功能上有什么相同點(diǎn)和不同點(diǎn)?從總體上看,研究表明:1)中國(guó)研究生在論文寫(xiě)作中更依賴于四詞詞串。中國(guó)研究生碩士論文語(yǔ)料庫(kù)中有104個(gè)四詞詞串,本族語(yǔ)碩士語(yǔ)料庫(kù)中有68個(gè)四詞詞串;2)兩庫(kù)中的四詞詞串在數(shù)量和頻率上差異顯著而且中國(guó)研究生偏向于重復(fù)使用某些四詞詞串;3)結(jié)構(gòu)上,兩個(gè)語(yǔ)料庫(kù)中的大部分四詞詞串是介詞短語(yǔ)類詞串和名詞短語(yǔ)類詞串,不同的結(jié)構(gòu)類型所擁有的四詞詞串比例不同。這說(shuō)明總體上看,在兩個(gè)語(yǔ)料庫(kù)中,四詞詞串在結(jié)構(gòu)上差異不顯著;4)功能上,篇章組織類詞串與指示性詞串在兩個(gè)語(yǔ)料庫(kù)中占有很大比例,而每個(gè)主要類別和其亞分類擁有詞串的比例不同。總體上看,兩個(gè)語(yǔ)料庫(kù)中的四詞詞串在功能上有顯著差異。本研究的發(fā)現(xiàn)為研究中國(guó)研究生碩士論文寫(xiě)作中四詞詞串的使用特點(diǎn)提供了一定的見(jiàn)解。本研究不僅有助于中國(guó)研究生英語(yǔ)論文的寫(xiě)作,而且有助于英語(yǔ)詞串教學(xué)和學(xué)習(xí)�；谝陨系陌l(fā)現(xiàn)及討論,本研究也對(duì)其局限性提供了客觀的分析,并為未來(lái)的研究提供了建議。
