摘要:

為給脈沖爆震發(fā)動機(jī)(PDE)的高溫高沖擊非穩(wěn)態(tài)工作環(huán)境下的爆震波傳播速度測量提供具有工程實踐意義的技術(shù)支持,為爆震發(fā)動機(jī)性能分析提供可靠的測試信號,研究基于離子電流的爆震波傳播速度的傳感技術(shù),設(shè)計了一種新型離子傳感器.通過單次爆震試驗和多循環(huán)爆震試驗發(fā)現(xiàn),其耐高溫、耐沖擊、抗積碳能力強(qiáng),可靠性高,成本低,其測量計算所得爆震波傳播速度和壓力傳感器測量計算所得結(jié)果一致,可替代壓力傳感器進(jìn)行爆震波速度測量.

Abstract:

The sensor technology based on ion current for measuring speed of detonation wave is developed and a new type probe is designed.The results provide practical technique supports of detonation wave measurement for pulse detonation engine(PDE),which works in high temperature and strong impact environment.The researches provide reliable testing signals for the performance analysis.Through the single and muhicycle detonation experiments,the results show that the probe is reliable,low cost and suitable for high temperature,strong impact.The measurement and calculation resuh of the speed of the wave detonation is consistent with that of pressure sensors.The ion probe can measure the speed of detonation wave in PDE.
