基于J2EE的工程碩士論文在線管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:普及化的信息時(shí)代計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用已經(jīng)滲透到各個(gè)行業(yè),各個(gè)領(lǐng)域。當(dāng)然對(duì)于利用計(jì)算機(jī)在高校研究生院工程碩士學(xué)位論文在線評(píng)審中的應(yīng)用也同樣得到了從業(yè)人員的重視。利用計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù),提高工作效率和辦公自動(dòng)化水平,為便于人們提供在線評(píng)審(包括盲審和非盲審)和查詢效率。經(jīng)過在校期間三年多的學(xué)習(xí)本次論文主要要是探討開發(fā)了基于J2EE的工程碩士學(xué)位論文在線管理系統(tǒng),目的在于高校研究生院更加便捷有效的增進(jìn)工程碩士研究生和研究生院、評(píng)審專家之間的溝通,最大程度的滿足高校研究生院對(duì)信息處理以及工程碩士研究生、研究生院和論文在線管理的需要,隨著信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展進(jìn)程中,基于電子郵件或者紙張方式的論文評(píng)審早已被廣泛使用。電子郵件的方式彌補(bǔ)了傳統(tǒng)郵寄方式在投遞與處理過程過于繁瑣的不足,簡(jiǎn)化了工程碩士學(xué)位論文投遞的流程,提高了工程碩士學(xué)位論文處理的效率,但是電子郵箱方式提交論文不易檢索,不便于工程碩士研究生和報(bào)刊部門的即時(shí)勾通,而且信息量較大會(huì)受到郵箱容量限制等缺點(diǎn),另外一方面大量工程碩士學(xué)位論文存放在郵箱里雜亂無章,整理起來也很煩瑣。其實(shí)并不能算是真正意義上的在線評(píng)審論文。與電子郵件和郵寄方式相比,基于WEB的工程碩士學(xué)位論文在線管理系統(tǒng)則更加體現(xiàn)其方便、靈活、效率高和透明度高的特點(diǎn),彌補(bǔ)了傳統(tǒng)評(píng)審方式的不足。它能夠把人們從沉重繁雜的整理工作中解放出來,全身心的投入到對(duì)工程碩士學(xué)位論文的審查上,而無須花大量的精力去對(duì)工程碩士學(xué)位論文進(jìn)行分檢、歸檔等管理,使得工程碩士學(xué)位論文投放進(jìn)入一個(gè)良性的流通渠道。 本文主要是基于J2EE的模式開發(fā)論述了基于J2EE的工程碩士學(xué)位論文在線管理系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)過程,具體使用以下幾種開發(fā)工具和技術(shù):1、Jsp+Servlet+JavaBean(EJB),2、Jsp+JavaBean (Controller)+JavaBean(EJB)(Model),3、TDK(Turbine,Velocity...),4、Xsp,5、 Jsp+Struts+JavaBean(EJB)。并且從技術(shù)性路線出發(fā)給出了該系統(tǒng)的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)方案。從符合可行性的要求出發(fā),使用JAVAEE技術(shù),B/S開發(fā)模式,完成了基于WEB的工程碩士學(xué)位論文在線管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)。系統(tǒng)在MyEclipse8.5開發(fā)環(huán)境下,利用SQL Server2005數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了從提交論文、審稿、同意答辯等一體化功能,工程碩士研究生可以進(jìn)行在線注冊(cè)、在線提交論文、在線修改工程碩士學(xué)位論文、查看工程碩士學(xué)位論文狀態(tài)、接受與回復(fù)站內(nèi)消息等;一位盲審專家和兩位非盲審專家由研究生院分配,研究生院相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)老師可進(jìn)行配送工程碩士學(xué)位論文等,,專家可進(jìn)行在線審稿等功能。我在開發(fā)研究此程序時(shí)主要使用模塊化結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),并且具備了良好的擴(kuò)展性,可以在以后實(shí)際使用中靈活的增加更多的應(yīng)用功能,不斷的完善軟件的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:The popularization of computer application in the information age has penetrated into various industries and fields. Of course, the application of computer in online review of engineering master's degree thesis in graduate school has also been paid attention to by practitioners. The computer network information technology is used to improve the working efficiency and the level of office automation. It is convenient for people to provide online review (including blind review and non-blind review) and query efficiency. After more than three years of study in school, the main purpose of this thesis is to explore and develop an online management system of engineering master's degree thesis based on J2EE, in order to promote the graduate students and graduate schools of engineering more conveniently and effectively in colleges and universities. The communication between evaluation experts to meet the needs of information processing and online management of engineering graduate, graduate school and thesis in graduate schools of colleges and universities, with the development of information technology, Paper reviews based on e-mail or paper have long been widely used. The method of email makes up the disadvantages of the traditional mail method in delivery and processing, simplifies the delivery process of engineering master's thesis, and improves the efficiency of thesis processing of engineering master's degree. However, it is not easy to retrieve papers submitted by e-mail, which is not convenient for the instant communication between graduate students of engineering and newspaper departments, and the large amount of information will be limited by the capacity of mailboxes, and so on. On the other hand, a large number of Master of Engineering thesis stored in the mailbox is messy, tidying up is also very cumbersome. In fact, it is not the true meaning of the online review of the paper. Compared with email and mail, the online management system of Master of Engineering thesis based on WEB is more convenient, flexible, efficient and transparent, which makes up for the shortcomings of traditional review methods. It can liberate people from the heavy and complicated work of sorting out and devote themselves to the examination of master's degree papers in engineering, without having to spend a great deal of energy on the management of separate inspection and archiving of master's degree papers in engineering. Make the engineering master degree thesis put into a benign circulation channel. This paper mainly discusses the implementation process of the online management system of Master of Engineering thesis based on J2EE, using the following development tools and techniques: 1: 1 J2EE Servlet JavaBeanEJB / 2Jsp JavaBean Controller) JavaBeaner J2EE J2EE / J2EE / 3 TDK TurbineVelocity.At 4Xspan.EJB5, Jsp Struts JavaBeanfen / EJB5, Jsp Struts JavaBeanfen / EJB5, Jsp Struts JavaBeanfen / EJB5, Jsp Struts JavaBeanet\? The detailed design scheme of the system is given from the technical route. In order to meet the requirements of feasibility, using JAVAEE technology and B / S development model, the online management system of Master of Engineering thesis based on WEB is developed. Under the environment of MyEclipse8.5, using SQL Server2005 database, the system realizes the integration functions of submitting thesis, reviewing manuscript, agreeing to reply and so on. The graduate students of engineering master can register online, submit thesis online and modify the thesis of master of engineering online. Check the status of the Master of Engineering thesis, receive and respond to information in the station, etc. One blind examiner and two non-blind adjudicators are assigned by the graduate school, and the relevant graduate school teachers can distribute the master's thesis in engineering, etc. Experts can review manuscripts online. I mainly use modular structure design when I develop this program, and have good expansibility, can add more application function flexibly in later practical use, perfect the structure design of software constantly.
