【摘要】：本文是管理類學術著作《中國企業(yè):轉型升級》第一、二章的翻譯報告,該著作由中山大學管理學院企業(yè)管理系博導毛蘊詩教授撰寫。該書選取了中國大陸、臺灣多家成功實現(xiàn)企業(yè)轉型升級的優(yōu)秀企業(yè)作為案例,詳細婆剖析了這些企業(yè)在轉型升級方面的經驗。翻譯該本書的最終目的是將本書中的信息與內容準確、忠實地傳遞給目標讀者,即新興國家的企業(yè)家、經管類專業(yè)師生以及相關政府官員。本報告從詞匯和句子結構的層面上對經管類學術文本的語言特征進行了分析,并基于上述特征,運用德國功能學派代表賴斯提出的信息文本特征與翻譯方法來分析和指導本次翻譯實踐。本文發(fā)現(xiàn),盡管經管類學術文本很難翻譯,但通過不斷的練習和積累,還是能夠找到一些方法。首先,就經管類學術型文本翻譯而言,譯前準備對于譯者來說十分重要,包括搜索和閱讀相關的背景材料,平行文本和參考書目。只有在做好充足譯前準備前提下,譯者才能準確理解原文中想詞、句以及學術觀點。其次,譯者應當提前建立術語表以確保術語翻譯的準確性和在上下文中的一致性。
