【摘要】：本口譯實踐報告基于筆者于2015年9月在北京舉辦的中國專利信息年會-分論壇3的同聲傳譯實踐,翻譯內(nèi)容為宋魚水博士《關(guān)于專利司法保護的思考》的發(fā)言。其發(fā)言主要介紹了我國專利司法保護方面的現(xiàn)狀以及演講者本人的思考。本文通過結(jié)合實踐過程中具體案例,對此次翻譯過程和任務進行了具體介紹、研究和總結(jié)。報告主要包括任務描述、過程描述、譯前準備、案例分析和實踐總結(jié)五個部分。任務描述是對本次實踐任務的簡要描述,過程描述是對本次口譯實踐過程進行了整體介紹,包括實踐活動的時間、地點等相關(guān)信息。譯前準備包括搜集相關(guān)資料,整理相關(guān)專業(yè)詞匯等。案例分析為本次實踐報告的核心部分,分析材料為本次口譯實踐的錄音。這一部分主要包括四個方面:數(shù)字的翻譯、詞匯的翻譯、句子的翻譯以及翻譯中的突發(fā)情況。同時結(jié)合具體案例分析如何將口譯技巧運用到實踐中去,并對一些失誤案例進行了總結(jié)分析。在實踐總結(jié)部分,筆者對自己的實踐經(jīng)驗以及教訓進行了總結(jié),以期對今后類似實踐活動有所助益。
