【摘要】：本論文基于語料庫,在依存語法的框架下,以主要句法關(guān)系,即主語和賓語呈現(xiàn)的句法關(guān)系為研究重點,對中國學生初高中階段六年內(nèi)英語寫作中的句法應用能力的發(fā)展特征。本研究的語料是國內(nèi)某省8所初中和5所高中從初一到高三學生的342篇不同題目的限時英語作文,通過計算機輸入文本并加工處理、合并和賦碼,建成生語料庫和加標注的依存樹庫,用于進一步的研究。語料標注軟件Stanford Parser用于標注和分析語料,得出的定量數(shù)據(jù)主要用Excel進行處理和SPSS22.0進行分析。本研究的主要發(fā)現(xiàn)有：1)中國中學生英語作文中的句法應用能力整體隨著年級升高進步顯著,但這種進步并不呈線性增長；2)整體依存距離均值的回落反映出高一學生在句法應用能力上出現(xiàn)高原現(xiàn)象；3)中國中學生的第二語言寫作中呈現(xiàn)的語言為支配詞置后；4)在主語依存關(guān)系層面,年級越高的學生,所呈現(xiàn)的主語依存關(guān)系越少,并且更傾向于出現(xiàn)句法層面上的錯誤而非詞匯層面上的錯誤；5)在賓語依存關(guān)系層面,年級越高的學生,所呈現(xiàn)的賓語依存關(guān)系越多；6)通過對主賓語依存距離的計算,得出中國中學生的第二語言寫作中與主語有關(guān)的依存關(guān)系為支配詞居后,與賓語有關(guān)的依存關(guān)系為支配詞居前。本研究進一步探討了以上發(fā)現(xiàn)對英語學習和教學的啟示,提出了一些有利于句法學習的嘗試性建議。同時也希望可以為今后以中國中學階段以及大學階段外語學習者為主開展的句法和寫作教學與研究帶來一定的啟示。
