《蘭花與蒲公英》(節(jié)選)翻譯實(shí)踐報告

本論文是選自《蘭花與蒲公英:為什么有的孩子會掙扎和如何才能茁壯成長》中的第一章作為翻譯實(shí)踐的研究報告。這是一本教育和心理學(xué)方面的書,由小兒科和精神病學(xué)湯姆博伊斯教授撰寫,同時他也是舊金山加尼福尼亞大學(xué)發(fā)育和行為兒科學(xué)主任。兒童是祖國的未來,關(guān)注兒童健康成長顯得非常重要,而在教育和心理學(xué)的翻譯文本相對較少,故此類文本的翻譯有著十分重要的意義。在翻譯過程中,譯者從奈達(dá)的功能對等理論入手,關(guān)注翻譯過程中影響讀者理解的因素,有效進(jìn)行原材料的翻譯。具體說來,本翻譯報告由四部分組成。第一部分翻譯任務(wù)的介紹。主要涉及翻譯文本的來源,翻譯實(shí)踐的目的和翻譯實(shí)踐的意義;第二部分功能對等理論的介紹,包括其定義,國內(nèi)外功能對等研究領(lǐng)域文本的現(xiàn)狀和功能對等與翻譯的關(guān)系。第三部分主要是翻譯過程中的難點(diǎn)案例分析及相對應(yīng)的翻譯技巧。最后是對本次翻譯實(shí)踐的總結(jié),期待為后期翻譯實(shí)踐提供建設(shè)性意見。
