構(gòu)式語法視角下英語名名復合詞的認知研究

名名復合詞是語言習得的一個重要組成部分。名名復合詞因其形式簡單且語義復雜多變引起了廣泛的關(guān)注,成為現(xiàn)代語言學研究的熱點課題,國內(nèi)外語言學者從不同的角度對其進行了廣泛研究,并取得了很大的成就。然而目前有關(guān)名名復合詞大多都集中在向心名名復合詞的構(gòu)詞方式,其各成分間的句法語義關(guān)系以及名名離心復合詞的構(gòu)詞機制等方面的研究上,但始終未能圓滿回答為什么名名構(gòu)式的整體語義不同于其構(gòu)成成分的組合意義這一關(guān)鍵問題。構(gòu)式語法的興起為我們研究名名復合詞提供了嶄新視角。構(gòu)式語法與傳統(tǒng)語法“動詞中心觀”不同,認為構(gòu)式的形成與人類認知密切相關(guān),構(gòu)式具有整體構(gòu)式義,其意義不能簡單從其結(jié)構(gòu)成分推測得知。本研究擬采用定性分析和定量分析相結(jié)合、歸納與演繹相結(jié)合的研究方法,以構(gòu)式語法理論為理論框架,結(jié)合概念隱喻和概念轉(zhuǎn)喻對英語離心名名復合詞的語義進行研究,嘗試回答以下問題:1.英語名名復合詞的語義壓制是如何實現(xiàn)的?2.影響英語名名復合詞語義整合的認知方式有哪些?3.英語名名復合詞在詞庫中的分布特征是什么?本研究從權(quán)威性的《朗文當代高級英語詞典》(第5版)和《當代英語新詞語詞典》搜集了312個離心名名復合詞作為研究語料。通過...
