官方簡介中“新東方”企業(yè)形象的話語建構(gòu)

本文語料主要來自于新東方教育科技集團官網(wǎng),官方介紹分為九個模塊:“關(guān)于新東方”、“發(fā)展歷程”、“企業(yè)文化”、“管理團隊”、“業(yè)務(wù)體系”、“旗下網(wǎng)站”、“社會責任”、“教育文化產(chǎn)業(yè)基金”和“投資者關(guān)系”,為使語料相對充分,模塊“關(guān)于新東方”、“新東方發(fā)展歷程”和“社會責任”的部分語料來源于新東方招聘網(wǎng)作為補充。本文將這些語料進行整理,從批評性語篇分析的視角切入,運用語篇歷史方法和系統(tǒng)功能語法等研究方法,對官方簡介進行分析,以期探究官網(wǎng)簡介中新東方企業(yè)形象的話語建構(gòu)。本文采用語篇歷史方法中的話語策略(指稱策略、謂語指示策略、辯論策略和強化/弱化策略)和系統(tǒng)功能語法中的及物性(物質(zhì)過程和關(guān)系過程)等手段對官方簡介的文本的話語策略和語法特征進行分析。通過具體分析和討論,發(fā)現(xiàn)官方簡介話語建構(gòu)出新東方的多重形象:(1)新東方是永不停歇的前進者,自成立之日起,經(jīng)歷了一個快速的動態(tài)發(fā)展過程,這是通過官方簡介中謂語指示策略下新東方的動作狀態(tài)分析和及物性中物質(zhì)過程下新東方動作狀態(tài)變化的分析來實現(xiàn)的;(2)新東方是責任和人文關(guān)懷的載體,這是通過謂語指示策略中對新東方企業(yè)文化及其所提供服務(wù)的分析和辯論策略中“...
