It's So Amazing漢譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告

  本文為It’s So Amazing一書的翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告。該書為美國(guó)出版的兒童性教育讀本,旨在教給兒童科學(xué)的性教育知識(shí)。由于性教育話題在中國(guó)的敏感性以及該書的目標(biāo)讀者為兒童,筆者從接受美學(xué)理論的角度出發(fā),總結(jié)出在翻譯過(guò)程中要解決的三個(gè)重難點(diǎn)。即翻譯要符合兒童語(yǔ)言的特點(diǎn);翻譯要符合兒童形象思維的特點(diǎn);翻譯要符合文化差異的特點(diǎn)。針對(duì)這三個(gè)重難點(diǎn),筆者根據(jù)接受美學(xué)理論中“以讀者為中心”這一原則,通過(guò)借鑒前人的經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及自己的翻譯實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),采用了以下翻譯策略。第一,針對(duì)兒童的語(yǔ)言特點(diǎn),多用疊詞和語(yǔ)氣詞;第二,針對(duì)兒童形象思維的特點(diǎn),在翻譯中采用比喻和擬人等修辭手法來(lái)闡釋對(duì)于兒童來(lái)說(shuō)難以理解的概念;第三,針對(duì)中美方文化差異,包括中西方性教育階段的不一致以及語(yǔ)言、宗教等方面的差異,筆者采用了轉(zhuǎn)換和省譯的策略。
