　　本文為It’s So Amazing一書的翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告。該書為美國出版的兒童性教育讀本,旨在教給兒童科學(xué)的性教育知識(shí)。由于性教育話題在中國的敏感性以及該書的目標(biāo)讀者為兒童,筆者從接受美學(xué)理論的角度出發(fā),總結(jié)出在翻譯過程中要解決的三個(gè)重難點(diǎn)。即翻譯要符合兒童語言的特點(diǎn);翻譯要符合兒童形象思維的特點(diǎn);翻譯要符合文化差異的特點(diǎn)。針對這三個(gè)重難點(diǎn),筆者根據(jù)接受美學(xué)理論中“以讀者為中心”這一原則,通過借鑒前人的經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及自己的翻譯實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),采用了以下翻譯策略。第一,針對兒童的語言特點(diǎn),多用疊詞和語氣詞;第二,針對兒童形象思維的特點(diǎn),在翻譯中采用比喻和擬人等修辭手法來闡釋對于兒童來說難以理解的概念;第三,針對中美方文化差異,包括中西方性教育階段的不一致以及語言、宗教等方面的差異,筆者采用了轉(zhuǎn)換和省譯的策略。
