英國地方政府合作主題口譯實踐報告

作為一所與國際社會保持頻繁緊密學術(shù)交流的高等教育機構(gòu),華中師范大學中國農(nóng)村研究院每年都會開展中農(nóng)·社科講壇,邀請國內(nèi)外專家學者分享各自學科領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的最新發(fā)現(xiàn)或研究成果。2019年9月11日,中農(nóng)院邀請英國牛津大學布拉瓦尼克政府學院研究院Ruth Dixon博士舉行了題為《英國地方政府合作:共享行政管理和稅收服務(wù)的評價》的學術(shù)講座,筆者在現(xiàn)場提供了講座的英中交替?zhèn)髯g,以及講座后的觀眾提問環(huán)節(jié)交替?zhèn)髯g,并在會后對錄音轉(zhuǎn)寫為文本,以此語料作為撰寫實踐報告的基礎(chǔ)。本報告對現(xiàn)場錄音、轉(zhuǎn)寫文本和筆記進行對比,尋找口譯中的缺陷,試圖用吉爾的認知負荷模型對口譯的不足從聽辨、記憶和筆記三個方面做出解釋。同時選擇口譯中的可取之處,以吉爾提出的應(yīng)對策略為基礎(chǔ),總結(jié)了五點可行的建議,分別是調(diào)整信息順序、釋義代替直譯、增添信息、保留原文發(fā)音、省略。本報告分為四個部分。第一章為翻譯任務(wù)介紹,介紹翻譯活動和發(fā)言人的背景。第二章為翻譯過程描述,將翻譯任務(wù)分為譯前、譯中和譯后三個環(huán)節(jié),描述了譯前準備的過程和具體手段,包括事前聯(lián)系,搜集相關(guān)材料,準備詞匯以及演練,口譯過程,以及譯后的尋求反饋和錄音撰寫過程。第三章案例分析為...
