語言包含著豐富的文化信息,是文化交流和傳承的工具,也是一個(gè)國家和民族文化的重要標(biāo)志。漢語是中華文化的重要組成部分,中華文化的翻譯可以帶領(lǐng)更多的讀者更好地領(lǐng)略中華文化。此次翻譯任務(wù)受楊英法教授委托,完成其著作《大中華文化的漢語根基探究》前兩章節(jié)的漢譯英翻譯。該書以漢語作為主要研究對象,主要介紹了漢語、漢字的由來,以及對中華文化的影響。譯本將于2020年下半年由花山文藝出版社出版。原材料內(nèi)容的文本類型屬于信息型文本,信息型文本具有真實(shí)、準(zhǔn)確等特點(diǎn)。因此,譯文需要準(zhǔn)確、忠實(shí)地傳達(dá)原文內(nèi)容。中英之間存在較大語言差異,使得翻譯過程不能只是字詞間死板的對應(yīng)。奈達(dá)提出的功能對等理論注重譯文的自然對等,強(qiáng)調(diào)目標(biāo)語讀者間的反應(yīng),因此筆者選擇功能對等理論作為此次翻譯實(shí)踐的指導(dǎo)理論,旨在討論功能對等理論在文化英譯過程中的可行性及其指導(dǎo)意義。本報(bào)告共分為五個(gè)部分:任務(wù)描述、過程描述、理論框架、案例分析、實(shí)踐總結(jié)�；诠δ軐Φ壤碚摰闹笇�(dǎo),譯者結(jié)合具體例句分別從詞匯、句法和篇章層面進(jìn)行深入分析。詞匯層面,筆者運(yùn)用音譯、加注及直譯等翻譯方法來處理時(shí)間、文化負(fù)載詞、四字成語。句法層面,筆者運(yùn)用省略、增譯、整合、轉(zhuǎn)譯等...
