概念隱喻理論視角下英漢味覺詞的對比研究

  從古到今,隱喻研究一直都是中外學者關注的熱門話題,其研究歷史源遠流長,研究內容越來越專業(yè)化、科學化和規(guī)范化。人類世界充滿了隱喻,它是我們賴以生存的認知手段,通過將人們熟知的概念結構投射到新概念領域,幫助我們更加簡單、輕松地認識世界、理解世界,讓語言更加生動與多元。詞匯研究在語言研究中始終占有重要位置,而味覺詞建立在人類共同的體驗基礎之上,是對味道的本能生理反應,是人類生活中頻繁出現(xiàn)和使用的語言現(xiàn)象,是獲取信息和認識世界的重要渠道,屬于詞匯系統(tǒng)中的重要子系統(tǒng)。本文以概念隱喻理論為基礎,選取英漢基本味覺詞匯“酸、甜、苦、辣”為研究對象,結合多個英漢權威語料庫,通過搜集和觀察大量語料,發(fā)現(xiàn)英漢味覺詞經(jīng)歷了類似詞義演變過程,均由最初簡單地描述感受器官受到化學物質刺激后在味覺中樞引起的感覺,逐漸地發(fā)展出許多含有豐富文化積淀的引申義,飲食之“味”與生理、心理、精神情感及整個文化形態(tài)產(chǎn)生了多元融合和跨域映射。本文創(chuàng)新性地運用萊考夫隱喻分類方法對英漢味覺隱喻進行歸納和對比研究,系統(tǒng)深入地分析了英漢味覺詞在不同語境中的基本義、引申義、隱喻類型及特征,梳理了其概念異同,剖析了其所承載的傳統(tǒng)思維和文化精神,...
