法律翻譯在中國經(jīng)濟文化發(fā)展方面扮演了非常重要的角色。如今,經(jīng)濟全球化的進程日益加快,在英語作為世界語言的大背景下,中國各行各業(yè)都會不同程度地參與國際交往,而來自世界各地的人不斷加深與中國的合作。隨著中經(jīng)濟實力的發(fā)展,對外經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易起到了中國要了支柱作用。其中,法律性質(zhì)的翻譯的重要性更是不言而喻。合格的法律翻譯不僅能起到保護雙方或多方的利益權(quán)利,促進中外經(jīng)濟政治貿(mào)易的交流,更是起到傳播我國法治社會的國際形象的作用。本報告是筆者就自己數(shù)萬字法律筆譯及法律口譯基礎(chǔ)上梳理寫就的翻譯崗位實習(xí)報告,筆者實習(xí)崗位為法律翻譯,既包括法律筆譯,也包括法律口譯。報告主要內(nèi)容是筆者總結(jié)實習(xí)期間法律筆譯的特點和法律口譯的異同對比,法律翻譯項目管理管理和質(zhì)量控制;法律口譯是基于筆者在廣州進行的數(shù)次提審?fù)彿煽谧g實踐活動。筆者進一步對實習(xí)期間法律筆譯和法律口譯進行反思,在此基礎(chǔ)上形成本報告。報告整體分為五個部分:翻譯崗位概述、翻譯前期準備、翻譯實施、翻譯評估以及翻譯實習(xí)總結(jié)。
