法律翻譯在中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)文化發(fā)展方面扮演了非常重要的角色。如今,經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的進(jìn)程日益加快,在英語(yǔ)作為世界語(yǔ)言的大背景下,中國(guó)各行各業(yè)都會(huì)不同程度地參與國(guó)際交往,而來(lái)自世界各地的人不斷加深與中國(guó)的合作。隨著中經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力的發(fā)展,對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易起到了中國(guó)要了支柱作用。其中,法律性質(zhì)的翻譯的重要性更是不言而喻。合格的法律翻譯不僅能起到保護(hù)雙方或多方的利益權(quán)利,促進(jìn)中外經(jīng)濟(jì)政治貿(mào)易的交流,更是起到傳播我國(guó)法治社會(huì)的國(guó)際形象的作用。本報(bào)告是筆者就自己數(shù)萬(wàn)字法律筆譯及法律口譯基礎(chǔ)上梳理寫就的翻譯崗位實(shí)習(xí)報(bào)告,筆者實(shí)習(xí)崗位為法律翻譯,既包括法律筆譯,也包括法律口譯。報(bào)告主要內(nèi)容是筆者總結(jié)實(shí)習(xí)期間法律筆譯的特點(diǎn)和法律口譯的異同對(duì)比,法律翻譯項(xiàng)目管理管理和質(zhì)量控制;法律口譯是基于筆者在廣州進(jìn)行的數(shù)次提審?fù)彿煽谧g實(shí)踐活動(dòng)。筆者進(jìn)一步對(duì)實(shí)習(xí)期間法律筆譯和法律口譯進(jìn)行反思,在此基礎(chǔ)上形成本報(bào)告。報(bào)告整體分為五個(gè)部分:翻譯崗位概述、翻譯前期準(zhǔn)備、翻譯實(shí)施、翻譯評(píng)估以及翻譯實(shí)習(xí)總結(jié)。
