岑溪市高中英語(yǔ)教師培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查研究

隨著課程改革的進(jìn)一步深化,英Ab語(yǔ)strac學(xué)t in科Chin核ese心素養(yǎng)成為了高中英語(yǔ)課程的具體目標(biāo)。為了培養(yǎng)能夠適應(yīng)終身發(fā)展和社會(huì)發(fā)展需要的人才,《普通高中英語(yǔ)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(2017版)指出,要培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的語(yǔ)言能力,文化意識(shí),思維品質(zhì)和學(xué)習(xí)能力四大英語(yǔ)學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)。為了更好地培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng),提高高中英語(yǔ)教學(xué)質(zhì)量,有必要了解目前高中英語(yǔ)教師培養(yǎng)學(xué)生英語(yǔ)學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀,分析其中存在的問(wèn)題,并提出改進(jìn)建議。本研究以全人教育理論為理論基礎(chǔ),對(duì)廣西省岑溪市八所高中的141名英語(yǔ)教師進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,并基于問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的分析結(jié)果隨機(jī)抽取20名教師進(jìn)行訪談。問(wèn)卷的編制主要基于《普通高中英語(yǔ)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(2017版)對(duì)英語(yǔ)學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)的定義,包含語(yǔ)言能力,文化意識(shí),思維品質(zhì)和學(xué)習(xí)能力4個(gè)維度。本研究旨在探討以下兩個(gè)問(wèn)題:(1)岑溪市高中英語(yǔ)教師培養(yǎng)學(xué)生英語(yǔ)學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)的總體現(xiàn)狀如何?(2)岑溪市高中英語(yǔ)教師培養(yǎng)學(xué)生英語(yǔ)學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)在不同性別、教齡、職稱(chēng)、學(xué)歷分組上的現(xiàn)狀如何?組間是否...
