　　隨著當代醫(yī)藥行業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展,國內(nèi)外有關藥物研發(fā)成果方面的交流日益頻繁。藥物臨床試驗報告的翻譯則成為業(yè)內(nèi)專業(yè)人士了解國際最新藥物臨床試驗結果的重要途徑。目前,我國從事醫(yī)學翻譯的人才稀缺,且國內(nèi)對于藥物臨床試驗報告翻譯的研究資料較為有限。因此,本實踐報告對國內(nèi)藥物臨床試驗報告英譯的研究具有重要實踐價值。本報告基于作者對治療非肌層浸潤性膀胱癌藥物臨床試驗報告的翻譯實踐,梳理了在翻譯過程中遇到的困難和問題,主要涉及詞匯、句法和語篇三個層面。詞匯層面包括:普通詞匯翻譯不準確、未能使用術語的既定翻譯和詞匯冗余;句法層面包括:句子缺失主語和長句翻譯;語篇層面包括:缺乏詞匯銜接和語法銜接。奈達的功能對等理論要求以受眾的角度為切入點,在翻譯過程中運用最為近似的語言再現(xiàn)譯文信息,力求達到四個方面的對等,包括詞匯對等、句法對等、篇章對等和文體對等�；诠δ軐Φ壤碚�,作者針對上述三個層面的問題提出相應的解決方法:(1)詞匯層面分別通過詞義引申、醫(yī)學術語的適應以及減譯對策解決;(2)句法層面采用語態(tài)轉換和分譯對策解決;(3)篇章層面通過反復和增譯對策解決。期望本實踐報告的初步研究結果能對藥物臨床試驗總結報告的英...
