本報(bào)告旨在探討一份《服務(wù)合同》的翻譯。該合同由威沃信息服務(wù)有限公司和使用WEWORK服務(wù)的空間運(yùn)營(yíng)/服務(wù)商共同簽訂。服務(wù)合同屬于規(guī)定性文本類型,其用詞準(zhǔn)確,結(jié)構(gòu)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),格式規(guī)范。本報(bào)告選用該合同作為翻譯文本,主要有以下兩個(gè)原因:其一,合同本身就是商業(yè),化工,金融等諸多行業(yè)常用的文本形式。因此,對(duì)法律翻譯人員來(lái)說(shuō),合同翻譯是一類重要的翻譯類型,以便將來(lái)為各領(lǐng)域的跨國(guó)企業(yè)、律所、翻譯公司、銀行等單位提供高質(zhì)量法律翻譯服務(wù)。其二,該合同內(nèi)容涉及共享辦公空間領(lǐng)域,共享辦公作為近年來(lái)的新興領(lǐng)域逐漸為大家所熟知,這種靈活的辦公空間不僅僅引導(dǎo)企業(yè)變革,還能激發(fā)知識(shí)共享,重新配置資產(chǎn)。所以對(duì)合同內(nèi)容的研究本身也是對(duì)新興領(lǐng)域的入門過(guò)程。本報(bào)告簡(jiǎn)要介紹了本次翻譯實(shí)踐背景,所選文本的語(yǔ)言和文本特點(diǎn),以及選取該文本進(jìn)行翻譯的原因,并對(duì)整個(gè)翻譯過(guò)程進(jìn)行了描述,主要包括譯前準(zhǔn)備,翻譯時(shí)間表的制定和譯后質(zhì)量管理三個(gè)階段。此外,作者以目的論的三大原則為理論指導(dǎo),從詞匯、語(yǔ)氣情態(tài)及句法結(jié)構(gòu)三個(gè)層面著重討論了在翻譯過(guò)程中遇到的典型問(wèn)題以及相應(yīng)的解決辦法,以期讓讀者對(duì)合同翻譯有更深入的理解,同時(shí)希望為熱衷于合同翻譯的研究者和...
