本報告旨在探討一份《服務合同》的翻譯。該合同由威沃信息服務有限公司和使用WEWORK服務的空間運營/服務商共同簽訂。服務合同屬于規(guī)定性文本類型,其用詞準確,結構嚴謹,格式規(guī)范。本報告選用該合同作為翻譯文本,主要有以下兩個原因:其一,合同本身就是商業(yè),化工,金融等諸多行業(yè)常用的文本形式。因此,對法律翻譯人員來說,合同翻譯是一類重要的翻譯類型,以便將來為各領域的跨國企業(yè)、律所、翻譯公司、銀行等單位提供高質(zhì)量法律翻譯服務。其二,該合同內(nèi)容涉及共享辦公空間領域,共享辦公作為近年來的新興領域逐漸為大家所熟知,這種靈活的辦公空間不僅僅引導企業(yè)變革,還能激發(fā)知識共享,重新配置資產(chǎn)。所以對合同內(nèi)容的研究本身也是對新興領域的入門過程。本報告簡要介紹了本次翻譯實踐背景,所選文本的語言和文本特點,以及選取該文本進行翻譯的原因,并對整個翻譯過程進行了描述,主要包括譯前準備,翻譯時間表的制定和譯后質(zhì)量管理三個階段。此外,作者以目的論的三大原則為理論指導,從詞匯、語氣情態(tài)及句法結構三個層面著重討論了在翻譯過程中遇到的典型問題以及相應的解決辦法,以期讓讀者對合同翻譯有更深入的理解,同時希望為熱衷于合同翻譯的研究者和...
