目的論視角下《黃梅戲史話》翻譯實踐報告

隨著中國文化“走出去”戰(zhàn)略方向的確立,文化貿(mào)易活動的豐富發(fā)展,以戲曲為代表的中國傳統(tǒng)藝術(shù)的輸出被賦予了更多的意義。黃梅戲作為中國五大戲曲劇種之一,已列入第一批國家級非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)名錄,它的對外傳播承載著歷史社會賦予的重任。如何才能翻譯出高質(zhì)量的黃梅戲材料也成為了翻譯工作者關(guān)注和研究的課題。本文是一篇基于《黃梅戲史話》第一章“黃梅戲的發(fā)展歷史”英譯的翻譯實踐報告。本翻譯項目旨在讓黃梅戲文化得以發(fā)揚、傳播,讓世界上更多的讀者了解黃梅戲及其發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,為中國傳統(tǒng)戲曲文化的傳播貢獻(xiàn)自己的一份力量。報告在對翻譯項目、翻譯過程和目的論做出介紹之后,重點分析了戲曲術(shù)語,戲名,中國特色文化表達(dá)和長難句的翻譯。對于表示曲調(diào)起源地、行業(yè)和情景的戲曲術(shù)語,采用直譯的方法,對于不可譯的特色民間藝術(shù)的戲曲術(shù)語,采用音譯加注的方法,而對于具有文化含義且無法直譯的術(shù)語采用意譯的方法;在翻譯戲劇名稱時,對于直接體現(xiàn)劇情的劇名采用直譯的方法,體現(xiàn)主角的劇名采用音譯的方法,劇情復(fù)雜且無法直譯的劇名采用意譯的方法;在翻譯中國特色文化表達(dá)時,對于直譯即可詮釋清楚的表達(dá),采用直譯的方法;對于皇帝年號的翻譯采用音譯加注的方式,對于...
