本文是一篇訪談?lì)愑h模擬交替?zhèn)髯g實(shí)踐報(bào)告,主要研究的是當(dāng)兩種語(yǔ)言之間存在較大差異,不能按源語(yǔ)形式表達(dá)思想時(shí),運(yùn)用增補(bǔ)法和省略法這兩個(gè)翻譯技巧重新組織行文。省略能使語(yǔ)言簡(jiǎn)練、緊湊、明確,有利于突出新信息,夸克等人稱其為“語(yǔ)法省約”。省略不是隨隨便便的省略,也不是省略掉原文的內(nèi)容和信息,而是在忠實(shí)原文的基礎(chǔ)上更好地表達(dá)原文信息的一種表達(dá)手段。增補(bǔ)則是在原文的基礎(chǔ)上,增加必要的詞語(yǔ)、分句乃至整個(gè)句子,使譯文在語(yǔ)法結(jié)構(gòu)、修辭特點(diǎn)及表達(dá)方式等方面符合漢語(yǔ)習(xí)慣,使譯文在內(nèi)容、形式和精神上與原文對(duì)等。因此,所增加的詞必須在句法的結(jié)構(gòu)、語(yǔ)義、文體及語(yǔ)境上都是不可或缺的。以上這些方法均在本文中提到,為口譯實(shí)踐提供了理論指導(dǎo),并輔以相應(yīng)譯文和修改意見,幫助譯員解決實(shí)踐中的難題。
