當(dāng)今時(shí)代,不管科技如何發(fā)展,世界如何改變,水在人類生存、生活和生產(chǎn)中永遠(yuǎn)是不可缺少、也不可代替的物質(zhì)。本翻譯報(bào)告原文節(jié)選自《水安全:原則、論點(diǎn)和實(shí)踐》（Water Security:Principle,Perspectives and Practices）一書的第三章“水安全悖論與國際法”（The Water Security Paradox and International Law）,本章探討的水安全問題主要是由于缺乏足質(zhì)足量的水資源,從而引發(fā)的諸多貧窮、健康狀況不佳、兒童死亡率升高及各種沖突等發(fā)展問題,并對(duì)未來國際水法的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行了分析,針對(duì)現(xiàn)有國際水法在理論和實(shí)踐中面臨的問題,提出了合乎實(shí)際的解決辦法。該文本對(duì)水安全的討論,可以幫助大家了解當(dāng)今最新的水文化觀點(diǎn),對(duì)水文化的研究和發(fā)展起著重大作用。本翻譯報(bào)告主要包括四個(gè)部分。第一部分對(duì)翻譯任務(wù)進(jìn)行了描述,包括翻譯任務(wù)來源、翻譯文本簡(jiǎn)述、翻譯項(xiàng)目意義;第二部分描述了翻譯過程,包括譯前準(zhǔn)備和譯稿分析與修改;第三部分為譯例分析,結(jié)合各種翻譯方法和技巧詳細(xì)說明了紐馬克翻譯理論中的交際翻譯和語義翻譯策略指導(dǎo)翻譯實(shí)踐;最后一部分是對(duì)此次翻譯...
