大學英語優(yōu)秀教師課堂教學中的移情能力研究

教師的移情能力是指教師所具有的透過學生的顯性行為,迅速準確地了解學生的真實想法、內(nèi)心情感以及行為動機的能力。移情能力在創(chuàng)造和諧課堂氛圍、提高課堂教學有效性、促進師生關系等方面具有建設性意義。優(yōu)秀教師是否普遍具有較強的移情能力值得進一步探究。因此本研究以優(yōu)秀大學英語教師課堂活動為對象,試圖分析優(yōu)秀大學英語教師移情能力的特征和策略,具體探討以下三個問題:1)優(yōu)秀英語教師移情能力可從哪些方面進行觀察,并以何種標準進行測量?2)優(yōu)秀英語教師在移情能力的具體方面表現(xiàn)如何?3)優(yōu)秀英語教師移情能力總體表現(xiàn)如何?本研究選取了第四、第五和第六屆“外教社杯”全國高校外語教學大賽60名獲獎教師的課堂教學視頻為研究對象,對他們的移情能力進行觀察、記錄,并予以轉(zhuǎn)寫。以分類原則為指導,從認知移情、情感移情和軀體移情三方面進行數(shù)據(jù)收集,分析教師課堂表現(xiàn),并予以測評打分。每項分為三個標準:優(yōu)秀、一般和不合格,分別對應2、1和0分。最后進行數(shù)據(jù)整合,并用SPSS數(shù)據(jù)分析軟件進行信度分析和效度分析,確保數(shù)據(jù)的有效性與可靠性之后,再進行數(shù)據(jù)分析以求得出客觀的結(jié)論。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):1)優(yōu)秀英語教師移情能力可以下三個方面觀察:認知...
